I had a horrible experience at Clear Creek Dental and switched to Comfort Dental mid-procedure and had a wonderful experience with them. They are very friendly, productive and help you save money. Dr Haschke & the staff are great!

i went in for a consultation at this location and was greated nicely by the front desk but when I went back to talk to dr. Fillmore more the dentist who remind you is not a oral surgeon which I needed to pull my wisdom teeth was very rude. She took me back and they got my x-rays from my original dentist and I asked her politely if she could hurry because I had an appointment to be at at 12 she snarkily said well you are a walk-in appointment in a very rude tone.So I walked out not taking anything just walking out,getting in my car only to find a very disrespectful rude threatening voicemail saying this is Doctor Fillmore I have you on camera if you don't return my chart I will be pressing theft charges. I didn't take any charts!I just left because I'm not going to let a doctor that doesn't even have her oral surgeon license operate on my mouth nevertheless somebody that was so rude.I don't ever go to this dentist they're very shity and threaten to sue you for something that you didn't do!!!

I have been coming to comfort dental in Fort Collins for 4 years now. I could not be more happy with the support, integrity and respect that the employees have for one another and their customers. Not only did Dr. Fillmore and her staff help me meet all my needs with the amount of work we had to do, but they make the atmosphere feel like at home. Friendships are made and well, I walk away always happy and satisfied with my results. No shame in their game! Love them!!!

Excellent experience!! Every single staff member treated me with kindness and compassion. Everything was explained to me in a straightforward, no-nonsense, and easy to understand manner. The facility was very clean, bright and up-to-date. I'm actually looking forward to going back! (Who says *that* about going to the dentist?! 😉)

If I could do ten stars I would! Dr. Merit and the whole team went about and beyond to help me figure out the best plan of action with my budget, and even got me in and out when I had a strict time limit! Compassion and Quality are two words that definitely describe Dr. Merit and the whole staff at comfort dental!

It was my first visit with my teens. It was a clean office however they received a poor exam and lousy tooth cleaning. The dentist diagnosed my daughter with a jaw disease and after taking her to get a second opinion discovered she did not have it at all. I am never going back. I also had an appointment for myself and somehow they did not record it properly so I did not get my check up as scheduled. I have reported them to my insurance provider as I need a good exam done without waiting another 6 months.

The staff here is amazing. If you need a family friendly denist or if you need Dental work done that you keep putting off. Don't hesitate. Make the appointment. They put hope back in 😃 my smile.

I should have known not to bother with a company who didn’t know what insurance they took and spent 2 weeks figuring out if they could even take my insurance. I finally get in and complete my first exam. Afterwards I get a few emails about billing and when I ask them to email me options going forward I do not hear back from them for 6+ weeks. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as this was over the holidays but there was a low key rudeness in many emails and when they finally responded they let me know they do not check their email often and I was supposed to call…even though most communication had been done via email. Unprofessional, untimely, low key rude receptionist staff….don’t waste your time or money on this company. By the time they responded I had found a new dentist and scheduled an appointment.

I go to the Comfort Dental office in Fort Collins on Lemay Ave and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. I have intense dental anxiety and Dr. Jason Gleave is the most patient and kind dentist I've ever had. I had my first in a set of appointments today and I handled it way better than I imagined thanks to how awesome he was and the staff! It's hard to find a dentist that is patient enough to deal with someone that has such intense dental fears and I felt totally at ease with him. I think I've found a great long term dentist. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who's afraid of the dentist.

Edited 9/20: Everything I said before about Dr. Jason Gleave still stands, I've been a patient for four years and his work and patience continues to be astounding.

The only reason I knock off a star is for the office staff. It took me nearly five weeks to get this appointment made because every time I called, I was put on hold, and then disconnected. I was told a few times I would receive a call back and then never did. I had to be persistent and call and call to finally get in the books. My experience with their office staff (at least when you call, usually in person they are friendly) has been very negative the last six months. They would continue to tell me they were short staffed, which I could understand, yet it still took five weeks to get my appointment scheduled which is unacceptable.

When I came in for my appointment, I noticed three women in the office weren't wearing masks which did not ease my comfort level being high risk for COVID. They were kind enough to put them on when I asked and explained how high risk I am for the virus. But honestly, in a dentist office I don't think you should even see that to begin with right now.They told me the health department didn't require them to be masked when sitting far apart, which could be true, but a more proactive attitude in a place like a dental office (where you are putting yourself at risk!) would have made me much more comfortable. I was very shocked to see the lax attitude by the office workers which didn't install much confidence in the office as a whole when it came to my comfort level getting dental work done in a pandemic. I will be nervous to come back because of this.

If the office staff could get in better shape, this place would be 5 stars because the dental care is great for a good price. Dr. Gleave is amazing, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Fillmore is a fantastic dentist and very much appreciated for being able to deal with my disabilities and having my service dog doing DPT during the parts that cause severe anxiety. I'd say she is the best dentist I have had in a long time. :-D I also think that Nicole is an awesome dental assistant. She makes me feel safe.
