Show up for my appointment and am told I don't have one even though the secretary hiding behind the wall remembers talking to me. When I made the appointment was told no guarantees for a cleaning on the first visit. I didn't know this meant no guarantees for the first appointment at all!

NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH RUDE SERVICE LIKE I DID WITH THIS LOCATION!!!! I called to make an appointment because I was having severe tooth pain and in the middle of my call got asked to hold, (held for a few mins) finally got the girl back on the phone when she did she stated she couldnt hear me so i spoke louder then yelled at me that I was yelling at her and then i asked to speak with someone else. Asked to speak with the office manager due to the horrible service with the young lady and ended up being It was the office manager, I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AND NEVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE! THEY SHOULDNT HAVE PEOPLE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS IF THEY CANT TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS PROFESSIONALLY! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE ONE PHONE CALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS LOCATION... GO TO LEMAY INSTEAD!!!!!
