This location practices phycological warfare by rolling around a TV screen with an x-ray of meth mouth. It is the same xray image of rotting infected teeth. I am guessing they are trying to get people to be scared so that they schedule appointments. Overall poor service, they refuse to send follow-up reminders for checkups. They promised me that they would do work, but failed to do it. They didn't even perform the standard teeth cleaning even though I am sure they charged my insurance for it. ZERO STAR! Never going back.

This business is amazing. The service is top notch. The staff knows how to meet your needs and you feel welcomed at every step of the experience. I have been going to Comfort Dental for five years and I have no plans on departing anytime soon. Dr. Clayton is a 5 star dr. You will enjoy his humor, compassion, and investment in your health.

My husband and I have been going here for a few years. The Dr’s have always been amazing and the work has been incredibly affordable.

My husband lost a tooth the day before thanksgiving and so I called to make an appointment where I was told that he has missed to many appointments or rescheduled too many and therefore is not able to schedule appointments but only call the same day and see if there is availability from 7:30-8:00am.

I understand cancellation policies. However my issue is this. Never before have we had to cancel so many appointments. I operate a long term care facility and my Covid exposure is high. Therefore, any time we had any slight symptoms we did cancel. For the safety of the staff and other patrons of the business so as to not risk others due to my profession.

We could have come to those appointments if they would have preferred that. We were trying to do the right thing and now my husband is missing a tooth and can’t speak to the dentist or schedule an appointment with her.

I think given this year, with Covid exposures the staff could have been a little understanding and I’m extremely disappointed that they weren’t and were in fact “haughty”

My husband needs his tooth fixed. If scheduling or rescheduling appointments when necessary during Covid is too much to ask of them we will find another provider.

I scheduled my children’s appointments over a month prior we were 10 mins early per the request. The dental hygienist was polite & kind did the X-rays. The dentist came back gave my children a look over then informed me they didn’t have time to do the cleanings. The cleanings that were requested & scheduled over a month ago. So I took them out of school, took 1/2 a day off work & they have scheduled an hour per child. We were there for one hour for both... but I have to schedule another appointment because you don’t have time. There for if I would highly recommend you not visit ever unless you don’t value your time!

I had a great experience at Comfort Dental on S. College Avenue. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Dr. Bohn gave excellent, painless care (across 6 whole cavities!) as well as treating me with the utmost in friendly earnest consideration. Easily the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I must also note that they were very accommodating and helpful in scheduling care around my commitments and obligations. Thank you, Comfort Dental, keep up the great work!

What a great experience I had with Dr. Whitlock and his dental assistant! I get really bad anxiety with dental appointments but I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I had to get a tooth pulled today so I was kind of freaking out before hand but was completely shocked by how easy and painless this experience was made for me. Great place, quick, clean and the front office staff is so sweet too.

I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist. For my first appointment I went in to set up a plan of action. I felt so comfortable that I had all the work I needed done that day! Ramsey is an absolute sweetheart that made me feel at ease. Dr. Bohn was so down to earth and explained everything to me. I was treated so well that I set up a cleaning in a couple weeks. I won't go anywhere else.

I can’t say enough good about comfort dental. I was a smoker and soda drinker for 8 years and ended up with like 10 cavities. My last two dentists embarrassed me from getting treatment, plus the costs were astronomical even after insurance. The last 2 cleanings I had received were so absolutely painful.

I moved here and was terrified of going back to dentist. I finally went into comfort dental. Not only were they so so kind and friendly, they comforted me and put me on a treatment plan to get caught up. I have experienced no pain here and my fillings look great (by the way, they use white fillings!). I feel NO judgement. Thank you thank you thank you! I am so excited to get my mouth back on track.
