Not impressed with this dentist. They said I had 11 cavities that would cost $3,000 dollars. Had a lot of very nice and new equipment that I imagine they have to pay off. I got a second opinion from another dentist that said I have 2 cavities and that my teeth are in great shape. Seems slightly predatory to me. Even after I clarified that paying $3,000 dollars out of pocket would be hard and asked if we could make a plan to address the most detrimental cavities first, I received no response. Didn't try to work with me at all. Seems unethical to me. Do what you want with that information.

Caring staff, good job EXPLAINING what they're doing while they're doing it. Not that I can say I enjoy going to the dentist, per se, but my experiences here are good. Very good group of people, with many smiling faces (behind their masks, of course!) Good communications (although sometimes a bit TOO much communication, ha ha)

Dr. Benefield is very caring and gentle. I appreciate his telling me what he is doing and how it will feel. The techs and office people are also very nice. I am treated like a person and not a money maker. I highly recommend this dental office. Plus, all work is done at the office. I don't have to go elsewhere for procedures.
