Impressed with all the staff there. Courteous, efficient, and smart! Every one from the doctor (Dr. Grant Butler), the hygienist, her assistant, and the front desk. Well trained. For Covid 19 prevention, I give them a perfect sore. This is high praise coming from me. Never before have I been so impressed with the entire staff of ANY doctor's office. I’ve love going here and the staff is great! I’m going to miss Hygienist Sondra when she moves because she was always so thorough, down to earth, and friendly.

The only issue I’ve had was I’ve had tooth pain on a certain tooth for a while. Dr Chelsea kind of dismissed it as a stain and like it was no big deal. I went for a check up yesterday, and I found out that it’s more than a stain and the tooth might be debonding and I need a filling. Dr. Zach was so kind to investigate and diagnose the problem I’d been having. I’d still highly recommend Ruby Canyon.

Always friendly and wonderful to visit, and non judgemental. Very in tune with feedback about any personal limits, which was reassuring.

My experience with Ruby Canyon didn’t start off well. First I called about making a teeth whitening appointment and they said they would call me back, then never did. 2 weeks later I call again and get an appointment for a month out, that’s ok, everywhere is like that these days. A week before my appointment, they call to confirm, ok, yes, I confirmed with a real person. They called 3 more times to confirm my appointment over the next few days, each time, I’m asking a different person “I’ve already confirmed, why do I need to again?” Each time a polite apology for the extra call but no explanation of why they can’t seem to keep my confirmation on record. Then my appointment. Nice office, pleasant staff, worst teeth whitening experience ever and very expensive. Their procedure is useless. The way they do it, it leaves all the stains on your teeth along the gum line and some in between the teeth. They don’t even do all your teeth, just the front ones. I’ve never been so uncomfortable during a teeth whitening process and they burned my lower gums pretty severely with the H202 solution. With all the gum line stains left it’s like I just threw away $350. Complete waste of time and money. I’ve payed less for a much better job in the past when I’ve lived elsewhere. So very disappointed. Would not recommend their whitening procedure.

I’m impressed, for me to say that, is rare! Why because I train medical professionals. I was comfortable the minute I spoke to the receptionist. I was late, and she assisted me getting my paperwork done then I was taken to a dental assistant who was ready to get my proceedure completed. No delays nothing unnecessary was done, she informed me my insurance was covering 100% of there work! This was 15 mins into my first visit ever! The dentist came in new exactly what I want detailed the procedure, about 15 mins Q A and set me up with 3 more visits, and I left. The last place I went never said how long to get my work done after 3.visits with only a cleaning done I still felt ruff spots on My teeth and I was given 3 more appointments, with no due to have work completed! Rubys a 5 if that changes with the next 2. Visits I’ll let you know! TWW

The staff is so great and the facility is very nice. I’ve been coming here for years and highly recommend!

This place is a joke they can’t seem to get anything right with the scheduling, and billing. I started taking my family here for dental care and we have always had a problem after our services weather it be poor care or billing and good luck trying to get a call back from their billing department in the slim chance you do get a call back speaking to somebody with any type of common sense is nearly impossible

The other concern is when we scheduled services and confirmed over the phone they keep texting saying to confirm your appointment over and over and if you don’t keep replying to there texts they will text you saying if you don’t reply you are being bumped.
What was wrong with the over the phone verbal confirmations and the several confirmations by text

And last thing when we had scheduled appointments they kept bumping us because they were either overbooked or supposedly were still renovating pushing us out further and further causing us to loos some insurance benifts before the year end.

I don’t recommend Ruby Canyon think twice before coming here unless your up for a circle jerk

I visited Dr. Dean as a child and now our daughter just had her first dentist appointment with him! It was a really positive experience for her. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. Front Desk reception is a well oiled machine! Ruby Canyon is great with communication and appointment reminders. I had some more extensive dental work there last year with Dr. Dean Jr and I was very happy with the treatment I received and he really put me at ease. We're a Ruby Canyon family for good. Unequivocally recommended.
