Dr. Trippel goes above and beyond, and spent more time with me than I have ever experienced with other Dentists (including my own brother!). The office is bright, clean, modern, and full of the latest technology. And, the website makes booking appointments and filling out forms super easy. 5 stars all the way!

I’m probably classified as a “more difficult” type of dental patient but this was easily the best dental experience I’ve had. I didn’t leave with any pain or discomfort after the appointment. Dr. Trippel and the team were patient and great listeners who addressed all of my issues with care. Great team!

A lovely experience! They have a nice soundtrack playing lightly over the PAs, TV screens displaying CgI fish you can watch swim placidly about while getting your X-rays taken, and sunglasses for patients to wear any time you’re under the lights. The staff was courteous and kind, the dental hygienist was both gentle and thorough, and everyone I met was personable. I came in nervous that my years without a professional cleaning would entail a painful visit, and left feeling refreshed and relieved, with much cleaner teeth and a better idea of how to better take care of my teeth. Highly recommended!

I’m not sure how they’re still in business. Had a cleaning there today and came home to find out most of the plaque and tartar was still there. More to that. During the final exams (after the cleaning was done) my husband came inside twice and told then there’s an emergency and they need to call me. Nobody did let me know until he came in the third time with my distressed infant and I heard him screaming his lungs out. I just flew out to my baby. When my husband came back to pay they told him I need to go back and “discuss a treatment plan”. How arrogant and careless is that? They don’t care about anything but money but they don’t even do a proper job. Don’t waste your time and money.

Visiting Orchard Family Dentistry was a breath of fresh air yesterday. The office is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Trippel was also fantastic to work with. I highly recommend this practice!

Fast and friendly service! Going to the dentist is always uncomfortable to me but this was a good experience. Dr Trippel is very gentle and thorough and my mouth isn’t even sore after not going to the dentist in 6+ years.
