I was in to Southbridge Dentistry recently for a dental hygiene appointment. From the moment I walked in, Jennifer at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Sarah, my hygienist, came up and got me back to my appointment promptly, and what followed was a wonderful dental experience. Sarah was very thorough, giving me an oral cancer screening and checking my gums (gently!). My cleaning was excellent - Sarah got all my stain off from my coffee habit, and although she had to work at some buildup, it was painless and I didn't have any sensitivity! I highly recommend her!

Regarding work I had done today with Dr. Barker and his assistant Vicki to repair a filling that had fallen out of a tooth (that had a root canal and crown), my experience was excellent. Dr. Barker described the work to be performed clearly, answered all my questions in a positive and cheerful manner, and explained the followup work to be done when the permanent crown is installed. The work was done expeditiously but was not rushed. No pain or discomfort. The dental problem was discovered during my teeth cleaning visit a week ago, and I appreciated being able to get an appointment so quickly given the upcoming Christmas holiday season. Also appreciated the holiday sartorial excellence displayed by Dr. Barker's Christmas jacket.
