After a year hiatus (due to change in dental insurance), so glad to be back with dentists and supporting staff at Southbridge dentistry. They are all professional and competent in their job. I had Carrie for my hygienist today as my previous hygienist, Nicole, had not returned. I was very happy with Carrie and her work. I love this dentist and the hygienist. They are all very gentle and patient. They do their best to make you feel comfortable throughout the cleanings & exam. My gum health has progressive been getting better with their care & recommendations for care at home. The office is very efficient and always clean. We have always been treated so well here by everyone! We have seen Dr. Barker for about 20 years now. They are so good here, we are willing to drive from our home that is 4.5 hours away to keep our dental care in good hands!! I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!

As usual, I had a great experience from beginning to end for my half yearly cleaning. The receptionist couldn’t have been friendlier upon my arrival and Jordan, my dentist hygienist, took me back immediately. I really appreciate Jordan! She’s friendly, efficient, and great at her job. Southbridge Dentristy is amazing! The office setting is warm and welcoming. It's clean and comfortable, as well. The staff is very friendly and patient. The service was quick and I felt at ease because they explained everything step by step. I have never been so at ease in the dentist's chair. My blood pressure usually goes to extremes, but not this time. When they took my blood pressure it was actually perfect. I also want to say "Thank you" to Southbridge Dentistry and the staff for providing free dental services to all veterans at this special time of the year. I served 8 years in the US Air Force and feel proud to have given back to my country. I am happy to know that there are businesses like this one that feel the same way. Disappointing to say the least! Our family has been going here for years. Southbridge Dentistry terminated their relationship with my insurance carrier and failed to inform me until after service was provided. I was not informed at check-in, no signs in the waiting room, no e-mail was sent... a letter was sent postmarked 1/5/2022 stating that date of termination was 12/15/2021 - 3 weeks after the fact! I called about it 1/14/2022 and was told I would get a call back - no return call. Spoke with a manager today who refused to make it right. As a result, I had to pay out of network cost for me and my 2 children. This was your mistake Southbridge Dentistry and you should have discounted the service to match my plans allowance for this instance since I was not made aware that you no longer accepted my insurance. Terrible customer service!
