Needing very extensive dental work and wanting a facility that would accept medicaid I found this place, only by calling a list and asking if they would take me. From that phone call on Kelsey was very informative and heard my concerns and laid out all my options. Dr. Livesay and LIsa really made sure i was comfortable and were really calm and gentle. For the procedure i had i was in and out before i knew it. i have a whole new perspective. This is the place to go. sitting in the lobby you will here the tentativeness this group brings to there patients.

I have been going to the practice for four years and the quality of service has consistently declined. I see a different hygienist and dentist every appt. On Thursday, the hygienist could not record my visit or issues in the computer "because the keyboard was broken." As a result, I did not receive my complete exam. After my last visit, I called and left a message asking the dentist to call me; I did not receive a call. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism.

Absolutely the best. Needed some extensive work done. Dr. Gray came up with a plan for priorities and that worked with my insurance. Teeth look and feel great. Dr. Gray and staff are the best!
