I been with comfort dental for some years now. I see Dr Aaron. He is extremely soft spoken and very thorough when discussing what needs to be done. The ladies in the office are super sweet and seemed to be smiling each time I have seen them.

My recent experience at Comfort Dental in Longmont was by far the best I've ever experienced, and I was there for an extraction!

Dr. Brad and his assistant, Monique were amazing. I was REALLY anxious about the procedure and both went out of their way to calm, reassure and support me the entire time I was there. I'm so thankful to both of them for their patience and understanding, and for turning a scary situation into a positive experience.

Just switched here from my old comfort dental, and I'm so happy with the service! The dentist was super nice and informative, and the dental assistant was kind and made me feel comfortable. Definitely glad I made the switch!

I love Dr Luong and all the staff! Very kind, attentive and gentle! This office is local to me, easy to schedule, amazing customer service and very personable, loving people. If you're afraid of the dentist, ask to see Dr Richard Luong. He'll ease your worries.

I was hospitalized with sepsis due to an absessed tooth. Me getting to that point was due to poor training with the branch's front desk. My face swelled up so badly, I was unrecognizable. My BP dropped so poorly, I needed a central line put in for life saving measures. It was horrible. I turned in all of my photos to them for proper training and what happens when you aren't urgent with facial swelling. The branch said they wouldn't pay any of my hospital bills either so that was frustrating. FYI: Emergency room orthodontist is not cheap! Also, I've had so many fillings needing to be redone by my new dentist because so many were done poorly there. It's costing me a fortune out-of-pocket for their mistakes! Would not recommend this specific branch!

Best dentist I've been to as an adult. Very knowledgeable and personable, they'll sit and talk to you like an MD would. Xrays were taken without having my gums sliced up! Your first visit will be primarily a consult/xrays.

I love Dr Aaron and his crew. Very professional, thorough and fair.
I have all of my family and extended family going to Dr Aaron.

Have you hugged your dentist lately? I did when Dr Stephen recently completed my dental implant! It was a long road and there were moments when I questioned myself if I had made the right decision. But Dr Stephen and his staff were with me every step of the way. Once my dental implant molar was finally placed, I knew I made the right choice as I'm absolutely thrilled with the final result. I continue to highly recommend Comfort Dental and Dr Stephen for all your dental needs.

See below for my first detailed review as we were starting the process....

I've been a patient of Dr. Stephen's for about 7-8 years. I have pre-existing conditions that make it more likely that I will have more pain and complications with dental work, as well as being allergic to most common medications. Over the years, Dr Stephen has been so great to work with as he understands I'm not the typical patient and sometimes we have to get creative with my dental work.

I'm in the process of getting a molar dental implant with Dr Stephen. It's a long process with multiple appointments and procedures spread out over about a year. Per usual, I've had some complications due to my preexisting conditions. Dr. Stephen has been so incredibly empathetic and has excellent "bedside manner". I've shown up in tears at his office and he works with me on figuring out solutions while taking into account the limitations I have due my preexisting conditions. When you have oral surgery at Comfort Dental, you are given a packet for aftercare instructions... Including your dentist's personal cell phone number. I've been chronically ill for over four decades, I've never been given any of my doctors personal cell phone numbers. I think that speaks volumes as to the quality of care I'm receiving at CD.

I've also seen Dr. Richard a few times and have found him to be a very informed, gentle and kind soul.

I am aware that Comfort Dental sometimes gets a bad rap because they are considered to be "low income dentists" by some. In my experience, that does not equate to poor quality of care. If you have a dental emergency and go to the ER... The hospital will refer you to CD for emergency work. The cost of my dental implant is far below the nation and local average... Yet the care and implant are the same if not better.

I highly recommend Comfort Dental and Dr. Stephen for all your dental needs. The dental assistants are kind and professional. The front office is friendly and accommodating with same day appointments for emergencies. I'm able to get the appointment days/times that I want. They take my insurance and are accommodating/helpful with financial arrangements for things not covered by insurance.

For my longer appointments I bring my cozy slippers and a cozy blanket so I'm as comfortable as possible.

Pleasant atmosphere and underestanding staff have so far made my last two visits calming and comfortable. I am very confident my next one in the weeks ahead will also be good.

Amazingly done this trip. Teeth could have used a little more time cleaning. She seemed pretty rushed but the Dentist did a great job!
