Earlier in the year I went in for a tooth extraction. I had an exam and expressed my GREAT fear of the dentist. Not only were my fears ignored or were upmost passed over when I brought them up, the dentist was cold. He was all the scary things I'd imagined. He tried to extract the tooth for over an hour. He was clearly annoyed that I wasn't getting numb enough (even after 7 shots, again, I was so scared). He accused me of "not cooperating" as I laid there bleeding, mouth locked open and tears down my face. He then stopped out of frustration after preforming a partial extraction. Left the root in. He didn't bother to explain CLEARY what was going on. He moved on to another patient and I was still cover in blood. In pain. I was shaking and embarrassed! I will NEVER recommend this company, this dentist. I will tell everyone my experience. I paid $500 out of pocket to an oral surgery to have the rest of the extraction done CORRECTLY.

Dentist was not too late. Hygienist was kind to my 9 yr old, who doesn’t mind going to the Dentist. The Dentist practiced common sense, and said we can avoid filling a cavity that he sees on my son‘s baby tooth, which will come out in the near future. Front desk staff are never engaged in the patients, and always seem to like entertaining themselves.

I can't express enough how grateful I was to find Dr. Richard and Megan. I had a really painful and negative experience 6 years ago and never went back to a dentist -- until this team. They took their time to listen and make sure I was comfortable. I didn't even know that they could fix some of the problems I had and their confidence definitely holds merit to their skill set. I was really scared and shaking and they really helped me relax by discussion their science of dentistry to each other while they fixed a very troublesome cavity that I'd lived with for 6 years (in fear of having another terrible experience). I love that their front staff are bilingual and they're timely and patient.
I'm so glad to say I actually look forward to getting my check-up in 6 months.

I have traveled over 12,000 miles just to see Dr. Stephen Sidwell. The entire office staff and assistants are incredible at what they do. Everyone always treats you well and makes you feel special. The cost savings was over 5,000 dollars compared to other dentists in Florida. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs dental treatment even if you are travelling far. I have recommended this office to anyone and everyone.

If your time is not valuable this is your dentist. All of the staff that Ive encountered have been pleasant. But you will always be waiting. I think my shortest wait to even go back was 20 minutes, longest 1 hour, then you wait some more. Don't bother with a morning appointment, your still going to be waiting.

Comfort Dental is by FAR the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Every dentist I’ve been to both here and even in New York City don’t even hold a candle to the amazing experience I had here. Their name definitely matches their attitude AND the way they work which is totally comforting. More importantly, after nearly ruining all my teeth from 15 years of bulimia, they repaired everything and I my teeth look better than they did before I ever damaged them. Better than my original natural teeth. I was never able to book work as an actor in New York City for the jobs that required showing your teeth, which was devastating as a professional singer singer and an aspiring actor. However, after they worked on my teeth (Dr. Richard and his assistant Megan), I immediately landed my first lead role in a new epic TV series, simply because I was able to confidently show my new beautiful teeth on camera for the first time in my life. I can confidently smile and laugh and react naturally without self-consciously hiding my teeth behind my hands. I think it’s the first time in 25 years that I actually feel comfortable smiling and laughing and enjoying myself without feeling totally self-conscious. I thank Comfort Dental for the work they did and I attribute their work to landing me this role that’s going to boost my career. I can easily say that this has changed my entire quality-of-life. Both how I feel and how I want to take care of myself from here on out. thank you so much comfort dental and I implore everyone to invest here, which isn’t much compared to most other dentists by the way.
