I called thismorning about 10Am with a really bad infection wanting to get my tooth pulled. The swelling was proventing me from opening my mouth to the point where I couldn't eat bread. They understood my emergency and had me come in at 11:45 AM. Once I got there I filled out the paperwork and only waited about 10min before I saw the dentist. The dentist and nurse were very caring and professional. After the procedure finished it had only taken about an hour. I feel a ton of relief that my tooth is out and I was in and out! Thankyou staff of comfort dental!

I live up in Fort Collins and find it well worth the 45 minute drive to come see Dr. Jolly in Longmont. I've had everything from cleanings to wisdom teeth removed at his hand. I studied biology so I'm always eager to hear specifics of procedure and anatomy and Jolly is eager and willing to explain.
I've always had an overactive gag reflex and hated going to the dentist growing up because of it, once you throw up on a dentist you never really want to go back... Jolly is very specific with you at the beginning of your procedure that if you are feeling uncomfortable or need a break to let him know- he's very accommodating in that way and I really appreciate it. He's always discussed options with me before we start a procedure like an extraction, given me tips on how I could improve my daily oral routine, and recommended products I could use to help even more.
With any dental procedure there's going to be a level of discomfort, no matter the dentist, and even with the most healthy of mouths. I think some of these reviewers probably need to change their expectations; if you have tartar, they have to use a metal tool to scratch it off- you're not going to the spa, haha.
Jolly is a great dentist, and like I said, I drive a ways to be able to receive his care because it's worth it.

I was super shocked how i was badly treated. Every time the staff left a messag, the messaged was so rushed, jumbled and unclear i had to investigate who actually called. I called the office to check on if my insurance would cover the bill and they said yes, until i got there and they demanded a massive payment. They initially charged me for the most expensive products, i negotiated a lower price but still was hit in the face with a huge payment that nobody offered any kind of payment plan or options.

I've been going here for 2 years. The staff is always very friendly and kind. Dr. Jolly always takes time to explain the procedures he will be doing. Overall it's a great place to go.

The front office girls are rude and extremely racist. We waited an hour and a half past our appointment time while they took 4 other hispanic patients back and then we were taken back sat in a chair and waited for another 20mins while they brought another Hispanic patient back and the dental hygienist took his x-rays set up his stuff and then happened to walk by us and ask if we had been helped. Ridiculous.

super rude receptionist thinks shes the boss ! plus if you're coming to this office prepare to be here all day my daughter had an appointment at 10 am and was seen at 11:30 i do not reccomend coming here at alll!!!!!! plus they sit there and talk about the patients in spanish yes i understand it

Do not trust this dentist, the staff is very unprofessional, and treat their patients as a meat market. I would choose a more experienced dentist than Dr. Jolly. Just because they are a low cost dentist, doesn't mean they have the quality behind their word.
