Longmont Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

Dental anxiety is almost crippling for me. I needed to be seen and I was struggling with making the appointment and actually going in.
I was greeted by friendly staff immediately and placed in a room immediately after checking in. JT, the LDA was phenomenal and made the experience so good from the second he walked in. He had the best tactics to comfort me and make me feel relaxed. He was patient and kind and then Dr Seubert walked in and they both complimented each others work so well and made everything less frightening. I watched my daughter play soccer online while waiting for the work to begin and they were professional and kind and most importantly, UNDERSTANDING.
I have an appointment in a few weeks and I am not even stressing it.

I had a great experience from start to finish. I was able to request an appointment and fill out my medical history online. When I went to my appointment this morning, I found the facility to be stylish and clean. Dr. Stanley and the rest of the staff members were a pleasure to work with. As others have noted, they were very transparent about billing. I ended up needing an onlay for a broken tooth, and they were able to do everything right then and there without having to schedule a follow up.

Honestly astounding service. The location was a bit slow at the time, but the staff was extremely attentive to myself and my dental needs. They will take really good care of you here, and you're bound to have a good time :) Thanks for taking out my lil bb tooth! Be back soon for you to take my Wisdom from me.

They forget to cancel payment plans after they have been paid in full. Causing an extra payment to be charged to your account. It takes 2 full days for them to even process a refund which will now take another 5 business days to even go through. All the while, no manager or owner has called to apologize or try and get my my stolen money back in a more timely manner. I used to love this dentist office, but I will be finding a new place to go because of this disaster. I don't trust my money with them.
Took 4 days for me to even speak to a manager and all they told me was to wait. Had no alternatives to give back the money they took without my permission. They have super shady practices and they need to treat their customers in a more professional manner.

I like going to the Dentist here, it is the best. Each visit is one stop to a great result quickly, very friendly patient care bt Dr Seubert and staff. All ultra modern digital equipment makes crowns one day, digital xray can look at your history visualy. I will never go back to the classic small office approach of focus on doctor patiet bond over technolgy driven results. The doctor bond here is great too.
Additionaly the payment, can be spread over months at no additional charge reducing money discomfort. They also offer a low fee discount program.
My wife, who has extreme dentist fears for years using many layers of gas, Rx, music , etc likes going here and no longer requires extreme pre visit prep, though i beleieve it is available.

I don’t think I can say enough positive things about my experience yesterday. I nervously arrived for my appointment (after putting it off for a few years). I was promptly greeted by Audrey, who helped me feel at ease and welcomed. Unfortunately, I do not have dental insurance right now, but, she assured me that they could work with me and meet my needs at an affordable price. She was right! I ended up needing 5 fillings. JT and Dr. Ramos were SO amazing. They went to work, quickly and efficiently providing me the highest quality dental work I have ever received. This place uses incredible modern technology - which makes the entire process SO much easier. The staff was terrific and very professional. I never thought I would say this - but this is a dental office I WON’T dread coming back to. THANK YOU Longmont Modern Dentistry - you certainly wow’d me!

Had an incredibly positive experience here. New patient from out of state who hadn't had a cleaning in forever and lost their night guard. Yikes. Thankfully the whole process was painless, (even with having to fill two cavities on one tooth) and really pleasant. Everyone on the staff was friendly and in a good mood. Definitely recommend.

Quite possibly the best experience I've had at a dentist in my almost 28 years of existence, and I went to get a tooth pulled! Very warm and professional staff. Every mistake I made with my teeth led up to the moment I entered their office and you know what, I was greeted by poppin' dance music and personal firstname welcome. I was almost tricked into thinking that maybe I had made the right choices when it came to my dental hygiene. I wanted to be there! You're only one eight point bag of Sour Patch Kids away from an invitation. (JK don't do that)

I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. This practice is very transparent with charges, no surprises when it comes to payment. The staff was super friendly. Dr. Stanley pointed out a few teeth that would eventually need some crowns, but didn't push any unnecessary procedures on me. As a new resident of Longmont, I am relieved to have found such a great place to get my teeth cleaned!
