Front desk staff is always personable and helpful at this office. Dr. Seubert has a great chair side manner and I appreciate his practical approach. He is very thorough and makes me feel well taken care of. His hygienist JT is great too. Very happy with the services I receive here. And if you need an orthodontist Dr. DeLand is the absolute BEST!

This was one of the WORST experiences I've ever had at a dental office. I don't recommend them in any kind of way. I wasted 6 months of time and almost $5000 on dental work. They f#@$%d up (more than once during the entire procedure), didn't apologize for any of it, and now all of that work has to be redone. Seriously, save yourself and go elsewhere!

They tried to pull a tooth before I had a dental flipper to take its place (without one teeth shift, its also obvious I'd be missing teeth). Once the tooth was pulled and the process was started, they wrote the wrong color and band size in my file, then tried a size that didn't fit at the next appointment.
At a brace evaluation, Dre told me my tooth and gum hadn't healed at all, 4 months into the process of another surgery. Dre told me they'd send over the xray to the surgeon but then she never followed up with me on it. When I talked to the surgeon, he had no idea of this incident at the office and said the healing process was perfect.

On the day I was supposed to be finalizing the dental work, I met with a different dentist (it's never the same dentist) and they caused irreversible damage to the post. Then had me drive across town for 45 minutes, convincing me that the original surgeon could remove the damage the dentist caused (SHOCKER, he couldn't). So now I have to repeat the entire process, which is 6 months of healing again and risk damaging the adjacent teeth on the removal, and worry if the bone graph will be successful the second time.
I am awaiting legal advice from multiple lawyers. I'd recommend you keep clear of this office in particular though!

. I broke The filling off of one tooth and the next morning a crown came off!!!! I called for an appointment and was fit in immediately. I was seen by Dr. Kamath who repaired the one tooth and made a temporary cap for the other as I will need a root canal in it. She is very accomplished and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable in her care. I would recommend Dr. Kamath to family members.

Best dentist I have ever been too. My teeth are in such rough shape and I have full confidence in Longmont Modern Dentistry! I’m thankful I found them!

Had an ortho appointment for 11/24 @1p. Waited for over an hour to see the Dr. - no sign of her - nothing - not even a quick visit apologizing for the delay - just letting us sit there and wait. We just walked out. The staff also did nothing.

The entire staff that I saw were very kind and professional.
Dr.Seubert explained everything in detailed explanation what was going to take place the next visit.They take their time in working with each patient carefully and respectfully.
I highly reccomend this Dental office.
No rushing you in and out.
I'm thankful I did not go thru the other dental company that were in a hurry to give me some very expensive dental work that I did not need!
Front office is awesome as well!

I went in for a crown redo from one done at this office 2 years earlier and the dentist noticed it had a small ledge along the seam where it meets the original tooth base. They comfortably removed the crown, cleaned up the post, and applied the new 3D printed crown in under 2 hours for NO charge! Awesome!!!

They are a mill, with a bunch of young doctor's getting their start, which is what it is. What I take issue with at this medical office and so many others like it is their business model. They are driven by volume, insurance processes and insurance coding rather than a patient-centric business model where typical insurance BS is the businesses problem and not the patient's. I came in for a simple cleaning and they refused to bill my insurance to get my preventive care covered unless I did x-rays "just in case" decay couldn't be seen via exam. I am sorry, I didn't ask for your defensive medicine monologue. I came in for a simple, professional cleaning at a dentist office, but clearly I was mistaken. I am sorry I could not make you enough money for my time slot. Clearly, I don't have a voice in my care and you can only accommodate what fits perfectly in with billing that takes the least amount of effort on your part. If you want to be part of a proven business model to make money, go here. If you want to feel like you have a voice in your care steer clear.

Brett Burana and his Staff were amazing. I'm normally don't like Dentists but they made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely keep going back to keep up my dental.
