I haven't had a dentist for over 5 years since my uncle retired from dentistry. I finally found someone in Dr. Horkin and her team, well actually the entire team at Montrose Dental Partners. It's nice to have those that treat you just as good as your uncle did. They listen, are kind and great to talk to. I want to point out Dr. Horkin and Shay for their amazing work and always treat me and my children as if we were the most important. Thank you so much for your listening, caring, and most importantly taking care of us.

They can't keep appointments. They can't get their billing correct. I didn't have a "problem" tooth before I saw them, but apparently I needed a crown. Months later I still couldn't eat on that side after they "fixed" it, so then they said I needed a root canal. 7 months later, it still hurts and apparently that's new normal. I was told it will hurt forever. A tooth that didn't hurt before they touched it.

First the first time in 37 years I'm not afraid of the dentist. I haven't come in contact with one person that wasn't super nice, sweet and compassionate. I used to have to get gas to get a cleaning and now I just walk in. Dr. Horkan takes the time to get to know you and make a plan for you. I drive an hour 1/2 for this team. I wish I remembered the name of my hygienist but of course she is amazing too. Let's not forgot Deanna and April in billing. I feel like I'm going home to see friends each time. I'm so glad I finally found a dentist that cares and listens. Thank you!!

I slways feel like royalty at Montrose Dental Partners when I seek dental treatment of one kind or another. Everyone at MDP is warm and welcoming of course, but you can also expect top-notch care from the minute you enter until the minute you l leave.

The main thing to understand is that Dr. Horgan is the finest dentist I have ever had care for my teeth. She has a way, a comportment, a calming gift for dealing with patients, even skittish oldsters like me. I have spent hundreds of hours in dentist chairs in my 72 years. I can honestly say that the hours I have spent in Dr. Horkan's chair were the most painless and comfortable. Fact is, I usually fall asleep. I guess that about says it all.

Dr. Jillian Horkan has been a pleasure to work with! She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She makes you feel like you are her friend instead of her client. Sundee, is an outgoing, friendly member of the team and she works, to make you feel comfortable, at all times. The entire staff is a joy to be around! I can't say enough good things about Montrose Dental Partners!!!

I was seen by Jenna who was competent and personable. My visit was an overdue cleaning and exam, the latter by Dr. Hoarkin. I have gone to this dental practice since moving here in 2009. Great experience from beginning to end. Sundee was personable and professional - she thoroughly explained the procedure and did her best to make me comfortable. Dr. Horkan does excellent work, and does it quickly, which I appreciate.
My appointment date was move up to fill a cancellation; communication from the person scheduling appointments was awesome.

Visiting Montrose Dental Partners has taken away my fear of going to the Dentist. Dr Horkan and her assistant Shaylena are both very professional and go out of their way to keep you comfortable. The quality of their work is excellent. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Everything is great but you can't get someone to answer the phone! I've tried as many as 5 times in the hour and left a message but now I have to be glued to the phone for hours hopeing for a call back. Someone should answer or at least call back within 10 minutes!! Like t5his morning I've got pain but well over an hour and no call back!!!

Excellent care! The dental hygienist, Bob, who worked with me is truly the best and most competent hygienist that I've ever met. The staff is cordial and warm as well. The dentist, Dr. Horkan, is incredibly thorough as well as personable. I highly recommend this dental practice to all.
