Other than their OVER THE TOP COVID protocols, having my teeth cleaned was okay. But the locked door, waiting in your car and calling to say you were here, then coming to take your temp in your car and having you sign a wavier even before you can enter is ridiculous--no other business or health care provider that I have been to in the last six months has done this. And I have been to several--hospitals, doctors offices, surgical centers, etc. Then all the PPE (2 masks, face shield, gloves, plastic coat) that their staff wears make it difficult to understand their instructions. Because the dentist would have to totally change out all his PPE to even come do a minimal exam, the dentist stepped in to say hi, but didn't check out anything in my mouth. They also keep it so cold in their offices because they are all suited up. Interestingly the couple of staff that I talked to had never had a COVID test themselves and when I asked if they had ever treated a suspected COVID case their answer was "NO." WHEN IS THIS GOING TO END?????

I have been with Dr. Hansen for 12 years now. After being in a car accident that caused huge amounts of dental injuries. Going to the dentist was very hard for me both physically and emotionally. Then I tried Dr. Hansen and have been there ever since. They are compassionate and patient with a person who has a very limited jaw opening. Dr. Hansen has been in dentistry for a long time and is very knowledgeable in all areas. Dr. Amundson joined his team years later and is just as caring. They have hygienists there for the person who likes a good hard cleaning but alsoo have ones who take a gentler approach. I can't imagine a better dentist office!!!

MDP is always a great experience from the front desk to the hygienist, staff, and doctors. Thank you, I now spend 3-4 months a year in Mexico and have a chance for a mucho muy Barato experience but choose MDP.
