Wonderful staff I will definitely be back!
They got my little old auntie in same day for a problem tooth. They let me stay in the room with her to make sure she didn’t fall or get scared. She’s 97 and all the staff treated her very kindly and gently. I definitely recommend this dentist office.

Brand new to their office, I went in for a look at a problem tooth and they were able to get me going immediately for a root canal and crown. All the horror stories of root canals and this being my first, I was not looking forward to it. However, the doc was friendly, fast, precise, and I had absolutely zero pain when the numbness wore off. Amazing. Went again today for some fillings and again it was quick, precise, and painless. Absolutely a great choice if you are looking for a new dentist.

I have been a patient here for 5 years now I have yet to find a better Dentist, that is so welcoming Melissa has such a charming persona she automatically makes my day! Other offices I been to there staff is unpleasant and they seem annoyed I have moved my kids to this office knowing I am always in good hands. Thank You West Mountain Dental

This place is trash, horrible customer service. They always get you in after your appointment time wven if you are early. They try to charge you for every visit even when you get free services with insurance, they will add something so they can charge you ontop of insurance. Ive been here 3 times and it is always something. I wont be back just came in for my cleaning that took them 4 months to get scheduled for after my xrays.

The staff is amazing! The receptionist Melissa greets you and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. She definitely put me at ease considering I have not been to the dentist in 3 years. Maggie cleaned my teeth and took x-rays. I was very happy with her. She also made me feel comfortable and there was no pain. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about coming back. Did you know this office makes the bridges in office? In one visit you can get measurements, have the bridges made and put on in ONE DAY! Marissa made the bridge and it is perfect. It feels so comfortable. It's been a few hours. No pain. Looks great. And I can eat and drink. The Dr put together a very professional staff. This is the only place I will go!

Melissa at the front desk is the sweetest personality. Her and The guy next to her are always such a hoot! They make this the best dental office. Waiting to back with them is always my favorite part any of my appointments.

I’ve been going there for three years and absolutely love the doctor. He cares about what you need and makes you smile. The receptionist is awesome. When I come in she greets me with a smile and talks to me like we’re long lost buddies. I won’t ever go to any other dentist as long as West Mountain Dental has the same doctor and receptionist. These people are seriously amazing! I don’t even get scared going to the dentist anymore! That is such a huge deal for me! Dr. Ambercrombie is fast and pleasant. Shots didn’t even hurt! The Hygienists are awesome and friendly, been to places where they are very Judgmental and rude! front desk ladies are so nice and welcoming! It is just a Comfortable & friendly atmosphere!
