Sheila C. here! I had the BEST root canal/dental experience of my life today. Dr. Abercrombie and staff are very professional and I highly recommend him as a dentist! My only complaint is that he made me laugh a lot, and it made it more difficult for him to get his job done, lol! Very happy that I've finally found a wonderful, trustworthy dentist! Thanks Doc!

Just had to come on here and leave a review for the pleasant experience I had with the girl who works the front desk, Melissa G. I wasn't in the best of moods when I went in, and she made my whole day better! She was really nice and super helpful with everything! West Mountain Dental is definitely lucky to have someone like that working for them!

Best experience I've ever had going to the dentist . I felt no pain what so ever the staff are very friendly. And the dentist himself is kind caring and gentle.

I have never had a cleaning before and the hygienist Coreen was absolutely amazing. I have severe anxiety about my teeth and she made me feel so comfortable. Not only was the cleaning great but she kept me informed of what she was doing and why, which really eased my anxiety. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Best dentist experience ever! Dr Abercrombie is so funny. Most dental visits are boring and painful, but Dr Abercrombie makes it fun and easy. I highly recommend this place. The staff and hygienists make you feel right at home and the Marketing Director (Luke) will give you an excellent tour and tell you all about the history and future of the place.

Dr. Abercrombie is a great dentist. He’s done an extraction for me in the past as well as a root canal w/crown, they were able to make the crown and put it in all during the same appointment which was amazing and super convenient. I recently took my two boys to West Mountain Dental and both of them had some cavities and needed to get some fillings. Dr. Abercrombie was great with my kids and made them feel comfortable during their appointments, he also went out of his way to call the next day to check up on them! All in all my family’s as well as my own experience with this office has been great and I would definitely recommend them!!

I love west mountain dental! Melissa at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming. Robyn did my cleaning. It was the best cleaning I have ever received. I recommend West Mountain to all my friends and family.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this dentist office! My tricare dental program just changed and I found them through my provider network. The staff is so friendly and fun. They take the time to get to know you, and ask questions. Upon my first appt, Lauren, the front desk receptionist, took the time to give me a tour of the office, told me about how the office enjoys giving back to their community and to the clients. Dr. Abercrombie is awesome! He is very thorough and truly cares about getting to know his patients. Also, they take individual pictures of the teeth that they identify issues with and put them up on the monitor in front of you so you can see the issues for yourself. There is a blonde lady, (totally forgot her name too), but she is absolutely awesome! Very personable and always greets me up front. My husband just went for his 1st appt last night to get a cleaning and he hates going to any dentist! He stated to me afterwards that he genuinely loves this dentist office! He and I both really liked the ladies who conducted the cleanings. Last night Santoi assisted with my fillings and did a great job! She is very bubbly and I can tell she loves her new position! They definitely have lifelong clients in my husband and I! They make you feel like you are part of the family because you are!
P.S. if you have sensitive gums at all, get the laser treatment on the gums! It is AWESOME! No pain or sensitivity since. You will appreciate yourself for making the choice to go to this dentist office. I just can't say enough great things about this office but I am VERY impressed and you will be too.

I was in Pueblo for a wedding over the weekend and I needed emergency dental services. I called West Mountain and spoke to Carly who was able to get me in right away. As soon as I arrived Carly was very pleasant and helpful. After taking me back I met Christy and Dr. Abercrombie they were both pleasant and showed real concern regarding what I was experiencing. They explained what was going on, my treatment plan, and the cost so I could decide how I would like to proceed.
When you have great people such as these that are willing to make you feel comfortable and help you to feel better when you are feeling your worst. When you didn't expect them too it really adds value to the work they provide.
If I lived in Pueblo I would definitely make this place my primary dental facility.
I highly recommend this place whether its for an emergency or just to have regular check ups.
