Colby are always 100%. I have never felt so at ease in the chair. Im kept informed about what is going on at all times and am given advice and options that work for me. Getting my teeth cleaned makes me feel healthy and is my dental insurance .

I went to the Salida Family dentistry. They had a bad patient experience when I walked in. Everyone was talking about her. I can see there is a lack of confidentiality. I myself wanted to have work done in a timely fashion. The hygienist is months behind and you can not have work without seeing her first. Also after I had an initial exam I decided after receiving the treatment plan to get another opinion.
I decided to go to a different office and had trouble getting my records sent. I had to have my son physically go in and stand there until we could finally get them. I faxed and emailed a request and called for 2 weeks. They kept saying they sent them but finally when we had to go in and physically demand them they didn't even have the address I gave them to send to them.
I would never recommend this office to anyone and I am sorry I brought my family to this practice.

I had a visit today with the new hygienist Staci. Although I was running behind schedule, she was still able to see me. I was impressed at her speed, accuracy and my overall comfort.

I am a 100% disabled veteran. I was trying to establish care with these guys. The VA has faxed over approval 5 different times to their office. The lady told me that va patients are Difficult because of the process they require on their billing. She made it sound like they would rather not help me.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The hygienists are first-rate, the dentists (I've seen two) are extremely competent and informative, and the offie staff are friendly and efficient. Also, the waiting room is pleasant and kid-friendly.

The folks at Salida Family Dentistry are top notch. Service is always professional and thorough. I love their online reminders and attention to details. They go the extra mile by calling to let me know if they are running late on the day of my appointment. I definitely recommend them!

Appointment for two fillings with Dr Bob assisting Courtney... What a team... Experience was painless, pleasant with a very personal friendly touch... They were over the top being kind as well as gentle... Best dentist experience in all my years.

A grateful team at Salida Family Dentistry

I had never been seen in this clinic before - my former dentist gave up her practice and I had a major dental emergency. I emailed the clinic after hours, received a call with an appoinment the following day!! Dentist was fantastic discovered the problemo and an immediate trearment plan. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

In my opinion, these procedures could not have gone better or have been more pleasant in light of the circumstances! Colby was very thorough with my cleaning and had excellent chair-side manner. Dr. Sites was very informative about the procedure at hand (extraction) and during the procedure made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I truly appreciate this team of professionals!

You must be doing something wrong because a visit to a Dentist's office is by definition not something that is pleasant. However my experience both of the times I have been in your clinic has been just that and more. Your front office staff could not be more personable, accommodating, and professional. I got to the chair even before my actual scheduled appointment time. Very impressed with both the assistant that took my FMX xray set and Dr. Sites. I haven't had that much time devoted to me by a Dentist who wasn't doing some procedure in many years. From top to bottom a very friendly and professional experience. If I could have found a sixth star you would have deserved it.
