The dentist was nice enough but hygienist was extremely rough and agitated. I almost walked out while having to deal with her. On top of that, I was told they accepted my insurance only to receive a bill in full because they actually are not providers in my insurance network.

I needed a CT scan to be cleared for some non-dental surgery. Even with CV19 restrictions in place, I was in and out of the office in less than 15 minutes. Tech operator kindly showed me the images, explained them to me, and showed what problems would have looked like. Very impressive and efficient service.

I came in for my 6 month cleaning and surprise, surprise, I was called in right away. My hygienist was Cathie and she was very courteous and professional. When I got out of the chair I knew I had received a thorough cleaning, now to keep my teeth that clean until next time! Good job, Cathie.

Although I love Dr. Wilken and he is a wonderful dentist. I was just reprimanded by Gloria for NOT needing to see him for the last seven years.
Her attitude lacks kindness and compassion.
The, “I don’t know what to tell you” and “I have no answer for you” have no business in the health field.
Also, failing to take your answering machine off for the first half hour your business is open is very unprofessional. I called Horizon and that receptionist was kind, compassionate and went out of her way to help. Gloria, seems like you don’t like your job and don’t care if people are helped. Duly noted.
