purposely offensive to me as a trans woman. absolutely disrespectful, the “manager” laughed at me for being upset that someone deadnamed me and then laughed about it. not to mention my dentures are super crooked and they are embarrassing to wear

If I can give a zero star that's what it'd be. Dr. Higginbotham is a horrible dentist. I got a root canal done about a year ago. He argued with me when I said I needed more numbing medicine he told me " there's people that can get a root canal without pain meds". He wrote me a letter in the mail saying I am no longer allowed to be seen at this comfort dental. Fast forward to now I am now dealing with an infection in my jaw due to the fact he didn't perform the root canal correctly and I'm in horrible pain. I am hoping I can get the situation taken care of before the infection spreads.ivwill be reporting him to the dental organization cause this is just ridiculous.

Dr Kellow and her assistant, Eddy, are fantastic working together and making me feel at ease on the procedures that were performed. I was explained the entire time of what they were doing and what to expect [Vibration, tugging] and felt so comfortable. Nobody likes to go to the dentist, but if you find the right ones, it's not so bad after all.

I've had several cavities filled at this Comfort Dental. One of them was giving me severe discomfort after they worked on it. I told the dentist and the assistant and they told me it was fine and just added sensitivity medication to the area.

Well, I went to get a second opinion and they discovered that the filling from Comfort Dental was not done correctly and that it is very thick. They should have done a root canal. That's why I'm still experiencing so much discomfort after they worked on this tooth. If this is not repaired I will eventually loose this tooth. But the staff from Comfort Dental dismissed my concerns. The dental assistants do most of the work and they are not qualified to do so. They are very rough and they don't pay attention.

***The very least I'm asking is to get reimbursed for the sub-par filling that I received since another dental practice will have to rework the tooth.

I do not recommend Comfort Dental. I should have listened when other people told me not to go there.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Mike. I was sad when I learned he had left, but I decided to stay and try seeing another doctor. I have been seeing Stella for a few months now. I have had some pretty extensive work that's been done, and more to come. Dr. Stella has been absolutely AMAZING to me, as a patient who has struggled with dental problems at a young age. She is kind, patient, and has gone above and beyond to help me get my oral health back on track. It has been very difficult for me, but Stella has really made the process easier. I cannot thank her enough!

If you're looking for a dentist who is kind, caring, thorough and friendly, look no further! After having rough experiences with past dentists throughout the years, I finally feel comfortable and happy to see Dr. Kellow and her team. They are the best! And they keep my smile bright and cavity free!

This office is great! I had to get my 2 wisdom teeth out and I was nervous. They made me feel very comforting and the surgery was over quite quickly with no problems. I highly recommend this place to anyone getting oral surgery done. My insurance covered my bill, but I did see what it would have been with out insurance and it is very affordable. You will not be disappointed in this great office!

On my first visit, I received a discounted X Ray to get me started, and I needed a root canal.
I went back the following week to have my root canal procedure which went flawlessly. The dentist, Dr. Kellar is so patient and knowledgeable. She shows you that her patient is of utmost importance. I also received a lot of assistance from Monica who might be one of the sweetest, professional, and helpful individuals I have encountered. If you need anything done do not hesitate to visit their office.
I returned the next three weeks for about a month consistently to get all of my teeth repaired and cleaned.
Comfort Dental is my new favorite place to go to say hello to the excellent staff.

The worst place I have ever stepped foot in. I take my grandma to her appointments because she doesn’t speak English and I translate for her. Our first appointment was a normal checkup and I was allowed back to the room with no problems just so I can hear the diagnoses and plans for my grandmas dental care. I work as a dental assistant ay another office elsewhere and the doctor was absolutely rude and made a snide comment “well why don’t you just take her to your office” with a rude tone. The next visit they scheduled me for 9 am and when we got there she said we had to reschedule because they said it was for 8:30 and they even asked me for a voicemail for proof, which I did. And now this time they don’t let me back with my grandma to translate for her because of COVID reasons. Both my grandma and I are vaccinated and the first visit there was no problem with me going back with her to comfort her. Honestly the patient care and professionalism of this place is absolutely horrendous. Will not be coming back and would find another place if you’re considering this place.

Friendly, quick, professional & thorough! Three weeks ago I had to have a necessary extraction done last minute. The staff at this office were friendly as well as very professional. Dr. Higginbotham performed the procedure and I cannot recommend him enough. I found him to make the experience quick, easy and as painless as possible. I also appreciate the care and attention of the staff to thoroughly inform me of the importance of the aftercare. Will be returning to this office for all my dental care also will recommend this office to my family and friends!
