Calcaterra Family Dentistry

Dr. Nick Calcaterra’s team was wonderful. I had my wisdom teeth removed and oddly enough it was a pleasant experience. Jessica was a great help setting up all my paperwork, appointments, and insurance info and Dr. Nick Calcaterra was very professional and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout out to their dental assistants Amanda and Cyndi. They were both friendly, comforting, warm, and caring during the consult and procedure. Cyndi helped keep my nerves at ease during the IV sedation and made the recovery fun and enjoyable. Great team to work with!

My son is a patient here and we had called to let them know he was sick with a stomach bug and couldn't come in. they deliberately told us he can't have his cleaning until October which is even longer then he should have gone without a cleaning. I understand that it's still Covid but we all get regular colds/viruses, and should not have to wait another 6 months to reschedule and he should have been seen way before October . Would not recommend this place. Finding a new dentist now.

I would rate Calcaterra Family Dentistry 10 stars if I could! I am usually absolutely terrified of the dentist.. I used to go years without seeing a dentist because of my fear and anxiety. But I am so glad I have finally found my new dental home! From the ladies in the office to Dr.Nick - the experience is great! I felt like I had the best care with highly educated professionals. I am having my whole family make the switch over and you should too! 😁

I love this practice! It took our family forever to find a dentist our daughter could trust, and the search was well worth it! The staff is always friendly and cares about their patients, and they are so thorough when work needs to be done. Would recommend to everyone!

I’ve never felt more comfortable in a dentist/doctors office! They worked with my schedule to find me an appointment quickly, I was in the waiting room less than five minutes, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, completely nonjudgmental and explained everything going on, really can’t say enough good things about the office!

Doctor had me take a day off work to come in early to get work done we had agreed on a month prior. Saw me for three minutes, and said he could not do any work he did not have enough time. Then when I got covid at the hospital I work at and had to miss my appointment, they sent me a passive aggressive letter saying they could not further see me. Cares about his wasted time but doesn’t care about yours. Beware they will repeatedly cancel appointments, and if you get sick in this pandemic and are unable to see them they will cancel all future appointments. Unreasonable and pretentious office!

Went to Dr. Calcaterra for the first time a few weeks ago. Great experience from beginning to end. The staff was wonderful, and the office very clean. I get nervous going to the dentist, but Dr. Calcaterra put me at ease. He is knowledgeable and friendly. The hygienist gave me one of the best cleanings I have ever had. I definitely recommend their services.

Dr. Nick and Amanda are fantastic!!! (Can't forget about Jenn at the front desk too!) They are so gentle and caring, I don't want to go anywhere else now! (Even tho I'm about an hour drive away, it's so worth it) I've had extreme dental anxiety since childhood. Especially now that I need extensive work done, the IV sedation is a great option for someone like me. Highly recommend Calcaterra Family Dentistry!

Recently I brought my 16yr old son to Calcaterra Family Dentistry. We were advised to try the office out after my sons severe needle anxiety was making it near impossible to get any dental work done at our normal dentist. From the very beginning my experience was phenomenal! The receptionists were very polite and understanding and I was able to get a consult appointment fairly quickly! The office itself was an hour away from our home but was it so worth the drive and I wish I had known about them earlier! They talked my son through everything and helped put him at ease. When the day came for the appointment everything went so smooth. Cyndi was so helpful and not once did my son have any anxiety! in fact we left the office SMILING! The whole appointment went very smoothly and the dentist did awesome work. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with any kind of fear or anxiety of going to the dentist! I have already passed their info on to my sons therapist for anyone else who might need work done. THANK YOU for turning what usually is a near tears experience into something positive!
