Unexpected dental emergency - they got me in quick, identified the problem, and set me up within a week for extensive work. All the staff and Dr. Jay were not only polite and courteous, they were genuinely interested in my comfort and welfare. I do not have insurance, and they were clear and upfront with reasonable, transparent pricing. I would strongly refer anyone for general or emergency dental care to their office.

I absolutely love my dental hygienist, Ivanna. She is thorough, gentle, knowledgeable and professional. However, Cindy at the front desk was very rude this visit, my third. She seemed frazzled, but that's not excuse for taking her frustration out on the customers.

First time here was today 2-19-2018 and I was very impressed with everything from the day i stopped in to make an appointment to today when I had my extraction performed by Dr Paul. The entire staff was excellent. I had a bad infection and they worked and worked until they got me numb enough to perform the extraction. Dr Paul did an awesome job and I actually look forward to going back to the dentist now!! THATS a first! Thank you to Dr Paul and his staff! Lance Greene Clearwater

I have not been to the dentist is a very long time, so I started having severe tooth pains and was mortified to go to the dentist. The ladies upfront were so welcoming and sweet sadly they were booked. So I decided to try and book a appointment else where after calling a few places and had some nasty/rude clerks try an take my info down I rushed to call Clearwater dentistry back because of how welcoming they were, booked a appointment for the next day came in and it was painless the dentist was amazing and the staff was so helpful. I had to have my wisdom tooth extracted and they did it that same day. For someone who hasn't been to a dentist as was terrified I want to thank you guys for making my visit wonderful will be back again and Clearwater dentistry will be my go too ❤️

Normally I am very apprehensive and dentist phobic. But today I enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing dental experience- starting with the very relaxing décor in the office- neutral tones, very simple decorations, a wonderful picture of rowboats to gaze at -so relaxing! The staff was professional and pleasant. The dentist was very gentle and kind. I even got a cleaning today- and they take my insurance too-lucky me-I highly recommend Clearwater Dentistry!

I wish I could say my experience was as good as everyone else's. I'll start out by saying the office is great and the most of the staff is very polite. I have only ever seen Dr. Santos once and he has never treated me so I have no opinion on him as a provider The one thing they are lacking is a Hygenist with good chairside manner. Yes Ivanna is skilled in that she is gentle, however; I question her clinical decision making. As the patient, I have a right to know what my treatment plan is but unfortunately I don't think she agrees with that as I was told "just do as I tell you." I have been on 3 month perio maintenance for years before moving to Florida and was doing extremely well. She moved to me to 4 months and wouldnt listen to reason when I disputed that decision. She refused to speak to Dr. Santos about a prescription for Peridex and required me to purchase it from the office for an overly inflated price (I have always had a script for this and have excellent private insurance that covers all prescriptions at no cost to me.) She became defensive when I suggested we review my options to treat dental pockets i.e LANAP or Arestin. I may not be a dental provider but when it's my money paying for a perfect smile, I WILL BE HEARD AND ACKNOWLEDGED.

I've always been afraid of Dentists because I've suffered Periodontitis since a child, but Jose and his team gave me the confidence that I'm in good hands. Highly recommended!
