I usually absolutely hate going to get teeth cleanings, but this was such a positive and relaxing experience. My cleaning was excellent and my teeth feel so much cleaner and shiner. The hygienist really takes her time making sure that ever tooth is as polished as possible. I am definitely going to make another appointment for another cleaning. Also, the music was great and the place was beautiful and clean.

Today, I received an extraction, and a deep clean too! I was so nervous but everyone here is so warm and welcoming. They made me feel at ease. They offered water and smiles. I really love that as well. I’m so happy I’ve found a place and wonderful people to take guide me in taking care of my teeth. Everyone was so knowledgeable and I have the tools I need to ensure I’m cleaning the proper way each day. Thank you to everyone on staff. All of you are amazing. Everyone I met was kind and courteous. Even while working I heard them saying thank you to one another and please. That to me says a lot because manners matter.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at confident smile dentistry. I had never been to this office before and walked in with an old 20+ year old bridge that was broken and dangling from my mouth. From day one, they treated me with compassion and understanding. Over the last 7 months I’ve dealt with extractions and bone grafting so that we could achieve a beautiful smile and today I walked out of the office with my new permanent bridge and couldn’t be more happy with the results. From the front office personnel, to the back office staff and dentist, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to trust with my teeth. All of the staff is simply amazing! My husband Richard and I are new to the area and are so grateful to have found Dr Chi and her staff at Confident Smile Dentistry here in Florida. In his 80 years in Chicago he has visited many dental practitioners but never experienced such professional, caring and expert dental care. The technology used is the latest, staff is great, his mouth looks brand new, and he says it feels like a 3rd set of teeth just grew in. A lucky find.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - genuinely! I had a dental emergency while visiting from out of town and this crew squeezed me in the same day to figure out what was going on and then got me scheduled for two root canals the very next day. The entire staff - from the receptionists to the assistants to the doctors were all so friendly and took great care to make sure I felt comfortable and understood what was happening. They made me feel like I was truly in good hands during a very scary time - and that's not something I've often encountered with dentists over the years. Multiple members of the team checked in with me - multiple times - to make sure I was doing well at each stage of the treatment process. I ultimately chose to delay my travel plans so that they could complete additional work in their office and upon my request, they even fit me in for a full annual exam and a cleaning with them before I left town because I felt so good about being in their care that I wanted to get that work done with them rather than anyone else. Huge Thank You to the entire staff - I am so grateful for the level of professionalism and genuine care that I received at this office. (PLUS the office itself is super clean, very modern, welcoming, and so comfortable from the moment you walk in!!!) Great experience all around - above and beyond!

The doctors and staff are amazing ! I have been for 4 visits over the past few months and I can’t say enough good things about them. They have been incredibly kind and patient. If you are feeling any sensitivity they go out of their way to minimize your discomfort. I came to them after a not so great experience somewhere else. They got me in right away , developed a plan, and helped me feel better as soon as possible. If you are in need of a new dentist this is your best option ! Definitely 5 stars !!!

I got my braces here and do the adjustments every two weeks. All the people here are amazing! They’re so nice, informative, and reassuring. I was scared of the dentist before because of the pain but it’s just the process of feeling better afterwards! So just go do it!

OK I will try to make this as short as I can. I was searching the internet for a great dentist near my home. I found this place and I saw that it had 4.8 stars review so I'm thinking good good! Let me just say the lady who I sat up my appointment with was very nice and kind and informative, the dental hygienists were nice and informative and the place was beautiful and clean. However, my bad experience is that I came knowing I wanted to get a bonding on my front tooth. The doctor/ owner spent maybe 5 minutes with me and then had her assistant take care of me after that. She refused to do a bonding on my tooth because in her opinion it won't help me, so it made me feel like she was trying to force me to get a crown, which I did not want at the time. Starting from the fact that she didn't even spend more than 5 minutes with me said alot for me. Clearly this woman didn't care much about me and only wanted to do what she wants. People all have different budgets, and she did not even try to work with me on that aspect as far as me getting work done that I can afford. I don't feel like she really was trying to help me, more so just get money out of me. Based on my experience as a new patient, I will not be returning but 5 stars for the appointment setter and the hygienists they all were the best part of the experience.
