Let me start off by saying that the review doesn't necessarily reflect the dentist as much as the office staff...
I had a cavity in my tooth that turned into hell in less than 24hrs. So I decided that I needed to go to the dentist to get it taken care of. Prior going to the dentist, I called my insurance to find out a range of cost of the possible procedures that I would have to go through. Needless to say, that was an absolute waste of my time. When I got to the dentist office I had to wait 45mins to be seen, which was like salt being added to my wound. Then when I was finally called in to be seen by the dentist, she was able to identify the cause of my pain in a jiffy and gave me two options; an extraction or a root canal. Being that I was prepared and knew how much it would cost for both of the procedures, I had already made up my mind that a root canal would be the best option since I had every intentions of saving my tooth. Well to my surprise, one the front office clerk came to inform me that my insurance doesn't cover neither of the procedures and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I am not sure of her name because frankly at that time I didn't care, but the Idiot, as I referred to her on the phone the next day (to be addressed below), basically told me that my insurance is only good for cleaning. So here I am faced with two evils, an extraction at $250 to be done right then and there, or a root canal at the hefty $1200 to be done at a later time in two separate sessions. I then chose the lesser of the two.
The next day I decided to call my insurance company to just confirm that the information that the Idiot had given me was right. They told me that the information that I had received wasn't the most accurate and that they would contact the dentist office themselves and see where the miscommunication went wrong.
An hour later I called the dentist off to ask them some question as far as the amount that I had to pay compared to what my insurance company told me, as I am trying to speak to the Idiot she cuts me off and refers me to my email, which would have been helpful if my question had pertained to any of the useless information they had sent to my email. Nonetheless, I got tired of the Idiot cutting me off huffing and puffing on the phone, so I told her to Shut Up, your being so stupid which she was. Should I have kept my cool and not called the Idiot stupid which she obviously is- YES! I stand by it COMPLETELY!!! I have worked in customer services, front offices, and now I would in the health care industry--- customers asking questions, though how annoying they may be to the person answering, must be polite and respectful and answer these questions as genuinely possible.
So with that being said that was my experience, and my opinion is that this dentist finds some staff that is able to communicate clearly and efficiently to her clients. Maybe not allow random friends of her staff to hang out the front office, and oh I don't know some people with damn common sense.

I went here because I needed a quote for an implant. Whenever I'm about to get any sort of expensive work done I like to learn about it as much as I can. Therefore, I practically knew what I was looking for when I comes to an implant. I initially thought it was a simple procedure. However, there are so many factors related to it, that picking the right dentist who really knows what they are doing is probably the most crucial part about having an implant put in.

Dr. Anand impressed me right off the bat. She was very detailed oriented, patient and answered all of my questions with full satisfaction. The consultation was free and the price she quoted me was very fair for all the work she was going to do. Usually when I look around for a capable person to do a job I almost always find only one. Unfortunately this time I found 2.

I went to 9 Dentists for consultations. Dr. Anand and another dentist were so closely matched that I had a hard time picking between the two. In the end I went with the other dentist because of a few minor things that I liked with him over Dr. Anand. But I'm not saying that to take anything away from her. From what I observed, she is an extremely professional and skilled dentist. I would have had no problems in getting the implant through her.

Not good. Charged me 5 times what my old dentist charged to pull a tooth. $650 to pull a tooth is outrageous, but they do it because they can charge my insurance account without having to show any accounting. When I asked for the bill they told me to get lost and would not give it to me. It deserves a complaint to the state which will probably do nothing.

I paid over 1400 for wisdom teeth extraction, which while using a Screwdriver, they chipped my right bottom molar. I paid to have it filled but came back because I felt immense pain where they had filled it.
They took an X-ray and found big piece of my tooth still in my gums. They claimed This was the reason I'm feeling pain..(The Cavity they did was thin and causing pain on a nerve) Dr. Nan said... "We didn't fill that tooth, I do teeth all day I would Know." Then said "You're lucky i'm even taking this out..."(The Piece She Left In) Mind you I already Paid OVER 1400 and you leave Some of my tooth and tell me I'm "Lucky" you're taking them out?? I didn't even say anything. They cut my jaw back open, took it out, then sent me to the front prompting me to set another appointment for cleanings..
Without any sorry for the extra money they wanted me to pay or pain they caused. Also never gave me any antibiotics after splitting my gum back open which took about 4 weeks to heal.

Summary: They Chipped my tooth while removing another. Made me pay for the cavity, left a piece of my wisdom teeth in and was very unapologetic about the whole thing..You guys should be ashamed.

I've had One Cavity in years.. I know exactly what tooth it was before and after they did the filling and she tells me.. because she does teeth allll day she would remember what tooth she did for me months before?? Bs. She said it was the piece she left in... its gone.. I still have that pain, and this is why I've decided to leave an honest review.

The entire place is relaxing and calm. I know you never hear that about dentist offices. But your office is very friendly. I have had all good experiences with you. Thank you Dr. Anand!

Got my wisdom tooth pulled today. And I felt no pain. Ok maybe just a little because of the needle to numb the area, but that didn’t last too long. Dr. Anand was fast and I didn’t even know she was done getting the bothersome tooth out. Mind you I have been freaked out and dreaded this moment since the day this appointment was made! I came home with goodie bag of soup, gauze and tea (to stop bleeding). Everyone here is just awesome. The front desk stressed out the fact I pretty much have to eat ice cream for the next 48 hrs. Who can say no to that?!?!?! Oh did I mention they called me later in the evening to check up on me to make sure I was ok? Well they did and I can’t be thankful enough. Till next time!

On the day of my previously scheduled appointment, someone called and said they had a cancellation and asked if I could come in earlier, as the hygenist or doctor wanted to try and leave earlier. I explained that I was working and would need to keep my later appointment. I was told they would call me back after seeing what they could do. And they did...this time saying they had to reschedule my appointment because they had an emergency, which clearly was a lie. But I went ahead and rescheduled. The day before my rescheduled appointment, someone calls to confirm and mentions that they will be collecting a $35 copay. I've never paid a copay and don't have copays for dental so I asked what the $35 was for and I was told something about irrigation disposal. I told them to go ahead and cancel my appointment. During both times I scheduled, no one mentioned this fee and this was the second strike in my book. I wonder if my insurance knows they are charging said fee. It kind of feels like they try to be a professional office but are falling short. My experiences prior to this were just okay so I'm not terribly disappointed. Just be careful of their surprise emergencies and "copays".
