Save your time going to any other dentist and PLEASE come here instead. I called with an emergency because of a fractured tooth, they got me in the next day. Before this I went to three other dentists who yanked my chain around about whether or not my tooth could be saved and all of them took the more expensive route for an extraction, bone graft and implant. Not only that, all of the other ones told me they could get it done when I scheduled, but when I actually showed up, told me they didn’t have time. As soon as I arrived at my appointment here, they not only told me my tooth could be saved but offered a cheaper alternative, and got it done RIGHT THEN. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, and you can tell they actually care about their patients!!! Will be a returning patient for as long as I’m in Crestview :)

I went to see Dr. Barnes this morning for the first time. I had an emergency. I’d allowed my local dental school to try and perform a molar extraction and the tooth had broken in half. They were not able to numb the root of the tooth. So here Id been ten days with these roots barely visible but the nerves clearly exposed and in absolute agony. I was also anxious and being a bit of a baby, I know it. Dr. Barnes staff was wonderful and put me at ease. Dr. Barnes listened to me carefully when I explained the history I have with not getting properly numb and then he assured me who knew just what to do! He hummed to himself throughout the procedure and he and his assistant both kept me in the loop of what was going on. I closed my eyes and focused on the doctors relaxed humming and the root was out much quicker than I could’ve hoped! And though I’d been through many rough procedures with other dentists it’s seems I found the one who did know just what to do! Looking forward to actually sleeping tonight! Thank you Dr. Barnes and staff!

Can't explain how amazing this experience is to have people who care and are understating about balancing your budget and schedule. I'm a single parent and I have been a patient/ client for sometime. Now my son who's 5 goes for his routine cleanings. Terence Barnes D.M.D. and his a staff are wonderful people. When you are around great people the experience is always positive!

They also let me know next time that they would call me in antibiotics until I could be seen, which is good to know! Dr Barnes is professional and takes really good care of his patients.
