I don't trust to much in the health system in general, however, I like to go regularly to the dentist as a prevention. Today I had my appointment for a cleaning and I realized that I will never find a better clinic. Whole Dental deserve all the stars !!!!
The staff is very nice, specially Dr. Fundora, she is amazing, I din't felt I was in a dental cleaning, "magic hands". But, the most important for me was the confident she transmit me.

The best experience I've ever had in a dental clinic. I’m always afraid of dentists, but Dr. Fundora was the exception. She is very professional and kind and took the time to carefully explain me all the process letting me know the best options I had for my treatment. The decoration of the clinic is modern with a colorful touch that attracts at naked eye. I highly recommend it, so if you are looking for a dentist and you want to have the best experience of your life, you should pass by there.

I went to Doctor Fundora’s office after some good friends recommended her and I have to admit it has been a blessing for me and my family. Not only she delivers an outstanding work as a dentist, but most importantly, she is a very caring and sweet human being.
Every time me or my family go to her office, she takes time to explain every procedure and answer all of our questions making us feel safe and in good hands.
The passion and dedication she transmits makes going to the dentist a life-changing experience.

The staff is wonderful. Dr Fundora and her assistants are extremely thorough and it shows. Kathy at the front and Ileana the manager are beyond helpful. Thank you all for everything!

Would not recommend this place. Made an appointment for a teeth cleaning... arrived to my appointment only to be told that they would do the exam first. THEN if they could fit me in they would do the cleaning (which meant waiting 2 hours). Not sure who has time to sit around and wait 2 hours after their scheduled appointment. Was never informed this over the phone. Additionally, the staff was very rude when I expressed this.

This has been the most incredible dental experience I’ve ever encountered . I would recommend this dentist office 100% percent . I had a tooth pulled while pregnant and felt no pain at all and the recovery process was amazing . I forgot i had a tooth pulled . I found a home in this dentist office and the staff is wonderful and very caring . Don’t hesitate when choosing this place .

In July/August 2020, I was in desperate need of a scaling (or cleaning) for my teeth, and not only was whole dental offering a new patient special, they were also available for Saturday appointments. Their new patient special was either $59.99 or $49.99 (I can’t remember, but I know I paid $49.99) and it offered x-rays, a basic cleaning and a check up with the dentist. Normally I have a cleaning every 6 months, but because of the pandemic I was about 6 months late.
When I arrived, the dental office itself if very attractive, clean and modern. All the staff were very friendly, including the girls at the front desk and the hygienists. I paid the $50 before i went to the exam room.
They started by taking 18 x-rays, then they measured the pocket depths. Finally, the dentist came in, she was a younger woman but I do not remember her name.
The dentist told me about one cavity I had on the bottom right and showed me on the x-ray. The hygienist also pointed out another spot on the upper right to the dentist, at which point she corrected herself and said “sorry, you have two cavities,” and told me the top one was smaller. After the dentist and hygienist left the room, the payment coordinator came in with a folder and gave me a print out of my treatment plan. She then proceeded to tell me I had a gum infection (periodontal disease) and that I needed a full mouth deep cleaning, in addition to the two cavities repaired and that my total was $1200.
I told her that I’m a student and while that is something I will 100% do in the future, right now it is not financially feasible and that I just wanted a basic tooth scaling (I have no insurance and am from Canada). I told her that I had never been told of a gum disease before and I get regular dental check ups, so I was confused at the suddenly apparent state of my mouth. Instead of explaining calmly, she got defensive and told me that she has more than 10+ years of experience in this field and that they don’t do what the patients want, they do what they need. She told me that there was absolutely no way they could do the basic cleaning and ignore the need for a deep cleaning because the “gum infection” would just get worse and that it was against the “dental law” to do it (she had a more sophisticated name for it but I can’t remember).
I was honestly devastated. I waited 2 months for this appointment, go and spend and hour and a half getting x-rays and a checkup, and she told me they will not do a basic cleaning that day. After going back and forth between the dentist and the coordinator, the coordinator finally came back in and said, “this is what we’re going to do. We are going to refund you and you can find some other dentist who will do a cleaning for you.” I said ok and started to leave. Before I left, I was stopped by the practice owner (I believe that’s who he identified himself as) and he asked me what I would be willing to pay. I said honestly I was prepared to pay $50. He said “no way, but we can give you 40% off and put you on a payment plan.” I ultimately left the practice and had no work done.
Ok long story, but I needed to paint the whole picture.
Fast forward to today (October 2020), I finally went to my regular dentist (Dr. Rosenbaum) to get a cleaning (who I could not go to because no Saturday appointments). I explained my entire situation with this office to them, and they told me that they would do a cleaning for me with x-rays and a check up for $90, no matter the situation. The hygienist proceeded to tell me that i DID NOT need a full mouth deep cleaning and that she got all of the tartar and buildup off my teeth with a regular scaling. The dentist came in and checked my teeth (NOT the x-rays) and pointed out about 6 cavities, including a huge one on the bottom left at the back that was not even mentioned at Whole Dental. He told me there was no way it developed in 3 months. So. Not only did the dentist miss a massive cavity, they also pushed a deep cleaning on me which I did NOT need. I now understand why this office looks like a million bucks.
