I was camping in Ormond Beach when a crown came off my front tooth. You can imagine how upset I was. With in two hours of calling Dr Patels office I was was in his chair having my crown cleaned and re-adhered. His staff was so pleasant and professional. When my temporary crown came out while vacationing in Daytona Beach, Doctor Patel and his staff took excellent care of me. They got me right in, fixed my problem, and made me laugh along the way. I certainly felt as though I hit the jackpot as I was walking out of his office. If I lived in this area I would definitely make Dr. Patel and his staff my forever dentist! I was on vacation in Daytona and my crown came off my front tooth. I had no idea who to call and I couldn't spend the rest of my vacation with my crown missing. So I randomly picked a My Daytona Dentist. From the moment I called the receptionist was so friendly and got me in that afternoon. Dr. Patel's staff was so kind and made me feel at home. Dr. Patel was also super friendly and I felt like he handled my situation very professionally. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for any dental work. I had never been to Dr. Patel until yesterday when I had a badly infected tooth that had abscessed. I called 5 dentists and could not get an emergency appointment anywhere, I was in so much pain I was in tears and getting desperate. Kathy at Dr. Patel's office had me come right in, they took me right back, Wendy took my X-ray and within the hour I had 2 teeth extracted with Wendy patting my shoulder during the procedure. 24 hours later I feel fantastic, my jaw is barely sore and there is no swelling at all. I can't believe how good I feel today.
Everyone was so kind and I am so grateful for the care I received and how comforting Wendy was during the process. I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a great dentist.

So I took a bite into an egg McMuffin this am and my crown fell off! I called the office and they said to come right over and they would fit me in. That’s the kind of exceptional customer service this Dentist and his staff are known for. I left with the tooth back in my mouth and able to talk and smile without wearing my mask on Webex’s today!
