This was my first visit here with my son. I was getting a bit frustrated because of the wait time. Once we got to the back, the dentist and staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They work well under pressure and treat each patient as a priority! The front desk staff were efficient, professional, and courteous too. I will definitely make this our permanent dental provider. There's a longer wait time because many people are seen here and instead of being rushed out the door, you are attentively being treated. And I personally can appreciate that!

Love the entire staff. Patti Kennedy did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Patti has been taking care of my teeth for years. Front office staff seamless process, friendly and knowledgeable. Kia was quick to take X-rays and set the proper expectations. I’m thankful for a great professional dentist office.

I appreciate that the prices are affordable! Staff seems to know what they are doing. However, the one to one interaction is lacking. Staff and doctor spoke very quickly to me, I didn’t understand what they were saying, or what I was going to be charged for! I can’t be the only one who has experienced this.
When pressured about turning my room over to the next patient, a staff member commented to the doctor that “we had to change this 3 times!” putting blame on me, the patient, when they could have initially slowed down their explanations of what they were trying to charge me. If this happened, everyone would have saved time and confusion. I hope this changes.

This was my first visit to Greenberg Dental. My husband purchased the family plan for $139. My appointment time was 9:00 am for exam, xrays, cleaning. I waited in the waiting room for 55 minutes before they called me back for xrays. The machine was not working so they took me to another room for bite wings. Then the doctor came in and performed his exam. The assistant typed up the paperwork and explained that all services for today were free and next visit would be discounted under the Greenberg plan. By the time I got to the room where I was to get my cleaning it was 10:45. My cleaning took 15 minutes. So all in, I had spent 2 hours there. When I checked out I was told I owed $60. I told them I was told that today was free and showed the paperwork I was given. Now so far, all employees were very nice but the woman at the desk now was not. She rudely told me that the assistant was incorrect when she told me it was free. She was not apologetic, just simply rude. I highly doubt I will return.

Helpful front desk. They were kind and courteous helping solve an insurance issue. The dental team was also excellent, they explained the issues and the solutions in a way everyone could understand. They put you at ease in an otherwise stressful situation.

I called this place back 4 x and left messages to a schedule a follow up. I had to go in to the office to schedule an appointment as they do not answer the phone EVER. I then needed to reschedule my appt and called for week no one answers or returns calls. I called another office and they answered, I asked them to help. They told me to call the office back or call the main 800#. I called the 800 # and left a message and no one callled me back. Poor customer service at the 1462 W Granada Blvd Suite 210 location.

Extremly poor service : so much inconsistancy in billing by the friendly girls at the front desk. Extremly long wait time.The doc will just do a quick fly by with no patience.They are very focused on getting your money. Got my cleaning done but not happy at all.Although the girl who did the cleaning was friendly, I am now in pain. I am afraid to go back because, I am convinced that they will only worsen my situation.I will never use their service again.Friendlyness does not replace professionalism.
