Dr. Baig and his team are absolutely amazing! I have been a client since 2019 and have received fantastic service. My dental hygienist is very, thorough, gentle and compassionate. It is worth the tri-county commute from Lake County to River City for my twice-a-year checkups.š

Very happy with our first experience here! My 10 year old had a toothache and they were able to fit her in within a day! Sheās a very nervous patient but was made to feel very comfortable and had a great experience. We will be switching to River City Dentistry for the whole family!

Denise did my cleaning and Dr Baig did my filling. Both were awesome and did a great job! I have very sensitive teeth and had no pain at all! Everyone is friendly and professional and the office is very clean. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental care.

The best Dentist I've ever been to!! They are very detailed explain everything from start to finish & they create a personalized treatment plan and they have options for billing if you do not have health insurance. The staff is amazing very friendly, thank you Karla & Dr. Baig!!

Went in for a cleaning. Was told that I needed my silver filling changed out to the new material being used. Went back for the procedure and the dentist, whom I never saw his face, he never spoke to me, grunted and heavily breathed on me for 25 straight minutes. Most of the procedure I had to hold my breath so that I didnāt choke on pieces of old filling, teeth and god knows what other debris. I survived but was unthrilled with the whole awful experience. Fast forward over the last 8 weeks my tooth and gum around the area that was worked on is in so much pain, I canāt take it. My husband called the office and explained my trepidation about getting the same treatment today while there for a follow up to this pain. Let me tell you, I was ganged up on by the staff and treated nearly hostile. I walked out immediately, I will go somewhere else to fix the pain theyāve caused me. BTW, thereās a banner out front EXCEPTING NEW PATIENTS AND WALK INS. Good lord itās because they probably canāt keep anyone if they experience what I did.

I'm very pleased with the care I got at Riverside Dentistry. Cleaning was a bit rough and outcome not too great. Needed 2 crowns removed and work done under the crown. Rose, his assistant, is FANTASTIC!!!!!! She held my hand while I was getting the shots to numb the area and checked on me all the time. She even called me several times when I was home to follow up. If you need work done make sure you get her!! She is great!!

Not a fan of Dentists to begin with, especially the cleanings with the Iron Hook of death. Carla is awesome! The office is friendly and clean. Staff is efficient and amazing. Carla did my cleaning and it was a good experience. See you all in 6 months.
