Both Jenna and my dentist were exceededingly kind. Jenna got my teeth cleaner than anyone in past 60 yrs, HOWEVER, using the caviltron she attempted to deep clean a new pt in one appt. Incorrect! Yes, teeth looked great but mouth bled like Niagara falls for days & w/ much pain. I do appreciate her advice as to GUM soft picks & sensodyne but believe this should hv been a two appt cleaning and absolutely give the pt a head's up as to pain, blood, etc.... New dentist explained the pain & bleeding. & exposed tubules= pain. Much better one month out.😁

This was by far the most amazing experience I've ever had! I was involved in an International meeting via zoom when my front tooth fell out. As soon as the meeting was over I broke out in a panic and tears knowing that the next day I had to meet a client, as well. Completely embarrassed, and treated as only a number by multiple other dentist offices. I was losing hope.
I cannot thank God enough that I came across Millhopper Dentistry. Their staff was not only kind but more than willing to stay after hours to help fix my tooth. I left in happy tears!

From the Friendly greeting upon walking in the office to the Happy see you next time smiles upon leaving the office you are treated like Family. Wonderful people! They came up with a wonderful resolution to my crown broken off & it couldn't be reinstalled into place. After just a few minutes of evaluation they came up with sticking my crown into a Invisaline retainer. I love it! It is wonderful to be able to smile without feeling self-conscious.

I was nervous about going to a new dentist after moving to Gainesville but was very pleased with this practice during my first visit. A few weeks later, they took care of my granddaughter in an emergency. I know it isn’t easy to examine a 2 year old who just lost a tooth but they were so patient and explained everything to us. Their knowledge and professionalism was amazing but the kindness that they exhibited to our granddaughter and her parents will never be forgotten.

Love, love, love this dental office. I have been going here for dental needs for over 15 years. Everyone from front desk, to hygienist, to assistants, to dentists are ALL so great, friendly, gentle, and professional. I just cannot say enough good things about them. Had first visit since pandemic yesterday to finish up a crown procedure and they were excellent with new procedures in place to make you feel as safe as possible. A++++++

They've been my dental provider for years and I've had many different hygienists and DMDs at Millhopper. Every one has been great, even though I don't floss as much as I should... I know.
Ultimately, it's up to you how the visit will go in relation to your dental health, but their team will certainly do a great job no matter what you need.
