Transferred from another dentist I had been a patient with for 16 years. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere. The help at the counter to the hygienist, dental assistant and the doctor. Oh and the prices were more reasonable then the last place which obviously helps too.

Dr Spooner is great! His staff are kind and patient. He really makes sure that the new tooth you get fits correctly and looks good, even if he has to remake it.

I Have A Dental Home
I'd been meaning to act on the recommendation of my friend, but I had not made the time. Until! I broke a back molar. I called first thing Monday morning. The staff person was kind and accommodating and fit me in late that day. Not an hour later I got a call. There had been a cancellation and they were offering me the opportunity to be seen sooner. Yay! The welcome was warm, the wait was barely three minutes. The facility is sparklingly clean. And I did not wait long to be treated by the dental assistant first and then the doctor. I was given immediate relief from the discomfort of my broken tooth. Several different options for identified for how to best proceed. I feel fortunate to have made my way, through a friend, to Millhopper Family Dentistry.

Definitely an amazing place. I’ve worked a few office jobs and have experience with customer service. I love how the staff goes above and beyond for their patients. Most medical office staff are short and do bare minimum just to get you off the phone and onto the next. However, I’ve had more than a few instances where they’ve gone above and beyond for me. I’ve never had such a great experience with front office staff and even down the Dental Assistants and Dentist. They are all awesome. I have nothing but good things to say. I’m so glad I became a patient here.

This is the best office in Gainesville. Their hours are so accommodating and all of the staff is absolutely wonderful. I saw Natalie for my cleaning and Dr. spooner for my exam. Both were fantastic!
