This place provides one of the best dental services in the town.They are very polite and professional individuals. I gave 4 stars not 5 stars as I feel their billing department needs some improvements. I continued getting bills even after clearing all payments. This situation happened multiple times and hence needs improvement. Other than that, everything is amazing here.

Dr.Samant is the greatest dentist in Gainesville!! She’s very sweet and I trust her with my teeth. I always look forward to coming back for my hygiene appointments every 6 months. My tooth was causing a lot of pain and I went into smiles and they checked the tooth and said it was perfectly fine. I knew it wasn't so I went down the street to another dentist and they said that the tooth was infected. After ten days of antibiotic, I had the tooth pulled. Smiles charged me 239 dollars for nothing. Plus I had to pay another 400 for the other dentist. Not good! I'll never go back!

My sister and I both went to this dentist and were told we had multiple cavities and made appointments to have them filled. We went another dentist shortly after and they told us we did not have any. I wouldn’t trust them.
