Lake Worth Dentistry

Almost a month ago I started having pain in one of my teeth, and randomly googled lake worth dentists. This office came up, and I’m so grateful I called them. There’s a reason they have amazing reviews. I had to have an extraction with a bone graft, and Dr. Ortiz and all of the rest of the staff were so exceptionally kind and gentle and friendly that I actually scheduled with them again and got the rest of my dental work done. It is the first time I’ve ever stuck with a dentist. It’s the first time I’ve found a dentist that I actually trust with my teeth. And it’s the first time in my life that all of my dental work is complete. I’m so happy to have it all done. They also are not outrageously expensive and offer financing plans, everything is very straightforward. I cannot say enough positive things about them.

Extremely clean love the way everything is set up / organize. Customer service is amazing from front desk to Medical assistant and Doctor. As of right now I cant afford all the dental care I need but once I have everything definitely doing my dental care at this place

Dr.Ortiz was phenomenal! He provided a comprehensive explanation of the procedure which left no doubt I was in good hands . The entire staff is super attentive and caring. I look forward to achieving my Colgate smile under their care . Highly recommend to come in and experience their service.

This dentist office have the best employees, they are all very friendly and caring, knows your name and remembers you when you go in. From the dentist to the hygienist.
It’s never a treat to go to the any dentist, but they make it less of an ordeal. I have come to not dread the experience. And they do great work, my mouth thanks them.

I love this dentist office. The staff is friendly and understanding. I took my 12 year old daughter to check her tooth for pain and she was nervous. The staff , dental assistant and the dentist made her comfortable and smiling. My daughter was able to ask all the questions that she wanted and the dentist explained to her everything. On the way out my daughter told me that she would come again to the office for her other appointment. Will come again for myself next time.

From beginning to end my experience at this office was great. Dr.Ortiz was very patient and knowledgeable. His assistant Kia was very nice. Even the ladies at the front desk Rodj & Bella were nice and compassionate. I had an emergency and they got me right in. They even called in my prescription and made sure I was okay. I would totally recommend this office as a new dental home

This is the best office, the best staff I’ve come in contact with. Great customer service, friendly atmosphere and I am treated like I matter! I don’t feel like just another dollar sign. Thanks to the staff and thank you to Dr. Ortiz, you are PHENOMENAL!

We weren’t even able to be seen because I Wasent made aware that the office didn’t accept my sons insurance until he was already in the office for his appointment I was told
Someone tried to reach out but I had no missed calls or voicemails . Given a handbook of paperwork to fill out unable to fill out forms online ahead of time. Very unprofessional guy at the front desk that needs to be coached on how to not interrogate patients or there family members. I was going to switch to this office from sage dental but definitely not now after basically getting the same unprofessional treatment.

I received a bill in the mail today stating it was past due for $328.50. I have insurance and I used sunbit to finance all of my dental work and I should have a zero balance with this company. I have not once been telephoned that I have a balanced due and this is the first I've ever seen a letter mailed to my house stating that I owed any money. I'm extremely upset right now. As a matter of fact I paid to have a partial that I never even went back to have put in because they messed up my mouth so much and I had so much pain for the longest time that when I try to go get the partial put in it was extremely painful so I never went back because I didn't want them to touch my mouth again. And this bill supposedly past due and I haven't even been there in 6 months. Beware. Moving forward I will make sure to get it in writing that I don't have a balance with a company after I pay them off in full.
