Like perhaps anyone else on your first visit, arrive skeptical, paying attention to every detail. When I met with the doctor and his workers, I really liked their honesty and care in explaining the procedure to follow. The dentist is great but the person who answers the phone isn’t. Also, my husband paid his copay on his appointment date. After 2 months we got a bill saying my husband owes them. The letter said “Please pay what you owe”. That letter has no details of the charges too. At first, I thought it was a scam. I decided to check our insurance claim online. That’s when I found out that my husband paid them extra and we should be getting a refund. I called in February and was told it will be taken care of. That same woman I talked to said she would call me back but didn’t. She also reminded us to make an appointment with them. I emailed them and I was told it will be taken care of. I hope so.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR INSURANCE CLAIMS TO MAKE SURE YOU DIDN’T OVERPAY THEM.

Dr Van and staff were kind, considerate, and did an amazing job removing a disintegrating lower wisdom tooth for me. I'm sixty three and tooth was solidly into jaw. His patience and attention to detail made me very comfortable and confident in his abilities. I highly recommend him for any and all of your dental needs

The wait was alright, I waited about thirty minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The staff was polite and the dentist was very kind and focused on my needs as a patient. He was honest about pulling my tooth and I didn’t feel pressured into getting it done with him. In the end, they gave me a referral and I will likely be back for my future dental needs.

They were very accommodating when I was in need of some immediate assistance. I called 5 different dentists and they were unable to perform the necessary procedure same day. I will continue to go to A1 and Bella Vie as my primary dentist! The staff is extremely kind and overly helpful. 5+ stars

I never ever post reviews but my experience here was amazing! I have a true fear of dental work. I literally sat in the lobby crying. I got a random “crack” in my very back molar and my mom referred me to dr van because I know longer cared for my old dentist. The ladies at the front desk are sweet as can be by the way. As soon as dr van entered the room I knew I was in the right hands. He took the time to listen to me, answer all my questions and explain exactly what was going on. I don’t like needles and the crack was small enough for him to fill it without any novacaine! I was scared I would feel it and it hurt , but he assured me I would be ok. I didn’t feel a thing!!! I was literally amazed! Dr van will be my new dentist 100% for all future dental care. Hes caring and compassionate which means a lot ... plus I feel confident he knows what he’s doing! 10 out of 10.
