Closed for my appointment. Receptionist lied and said I was scheduled for last thursday. Woman behind me said the dr calls out all the time and they are routinely closed. MEDICAID DENTIST OFFICE IN A DECAYING MALL. The smell of mold is so strong I don’t see how a medical office can be operating here.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost! If I could give zero stars I would. We have had multiple appointments at this location every time they find a reason to cancel or reschedule. Today was the last straw after them calling me a few days ago to reschedule my sons appointment again because the provider was not going to be available on the original day and time he shows up for his appointment today and they said well we do not have an appointment for you I can schedule you some thing for next week. They tried to act like I was lying about someone even calling me. Everyone in their waiting room is complaining they have been there for three hours or more. They say they can do walk-ins but if you go in for a walk in & we have tried to do that as well you sit there for hours and then they tell you they’re not sure if they can even see you! It takes forever to get anyone on the phone, if they even bother to answer then usually they have an attitude. If you hate your job that much you should really find something different you’re not in the right place. I can’t say anything as far as the actual dental work they do because we’ve never made it that far with them and we’ve been showing up to appointments since The beginning of August it’s now October.

If I could personally give this place a zero star I would. Let’s first talk about there service I called this place over thirty times within two days and within those calls I’ve never got in reach with nobody. I even drove over to the dentistry office while there was two receptionists and even though they were closed they both couldn’t even answer my question on starting the application process. My family have been going there for years and the only reason why is because the insurance they have. My cousin passed out when doing an extraction on one of her tooth and the dentist gave her too much sleeping gas it was hard for her to even wake up. When they put a fill in on her tooth with a cap they didn’t even last for a day the material completely fell out. Don’t waste your time here they are just horrible and terrifying!!!

I scheduled the first available appointment which was over a month from the date that I scheduled it. They called me 2 days before my appointment, to confirm the appointment, and called me the next day to reschedule my appointment. The crazy thing about that is the first available appointment would be over a month from that date! This is far-most the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life and I suggest no one go there!!! Oh , need I remind you when you do have an appointment you still are going to sit there for over an hour and a half before you get seen.

They have cancelled my appointment 3 times never called me to tell me but once the staff is rude unprofessional something needs to be done or it's need to be shut done for good

They called and canceled my appointment due to the hurricane a couple of weeks ago. I have called 3-4 times every day since to get rescheduled. No one EVER answers. Don’t bother leaving a message with their answering service. They do not return calls. Super surprised that this facility has not been closed yet.

This place is a joke.. I had my appt today 1st the AC doesn't work. I have state insurance and this is one of the only dentist that accept it. The lady who did my x-rays was very nice. I went in knowing I needed at least 2 teeth pulled. The female dentist said at least one needed pulling and the other could be fixed by root canal. She doesn't do root canal. Because I have 2 broken teeth I would be getting antibiotics and I asked for 800 mg. Ibuprofen. As this dentist is not allowed to prescribe nercotics. I did not get prescriptions. To top the cake almost non of my treatment plan would be covered by my insurance because they use stuff not covered by state insurance so they can make more money

This dentist should honestly be closed down. It’s the only dentist in my area that isn’t over and hour away that accepts my insurance and the first time I got dental work done they did a filling, for days my gum was bleeding and I couldn’t figure out why til I felt a hard piece in my gum which turned out to be an entire piece of wood stuck in between my teeth from when they did my filling. It left a big hole underneath my filling/tooth which food gets into every time I eat and I have to floss UNDERNEATH the tooth just to get food out. I was rescheduled multiple times because the “doctor wasn’t in that day” just for them to reschedule me a month out and then call the day before and tell me once again the doctor won’t be in that day and to schedule me another month out. I have a second filling that needed to get done and although I don’t want to go here I have no other choice with my insurance and it’s been months and I have yet to get it done. My filling fell out and I have a hole in my tooth with a huge cavity now in it because I’ve been rescheduled over and over again because there is never a doctor in that day. Why are you scheduling patients on days there is no doctor? And when the doctor finally is there they do the most terrible job leaving wooden pieces in your gums and holes underneath your tooth. This dentist needs to be shut down.

Unprofessional customer service the manager Victoria is rude and menthol.
I have a question for owner or the cooperates office are they don’t see all the facts and real stories from patients?? Please don’t close your eyes and terminate this rude person it harms your business and effectively please call me if you need more information I will share my story from recent visits from this office .

Absolutely the worst place EVER!!! CALLED ME TO VERIFY and check if i WAS COMING, JUST so I COULD TRAVEL 2 HOURS AND THEY WAS CLOSED Early that day. (They opened at 10am, and my appointmentwas at 12:30, and the place next door said they left at 11a.m!! Why would you call to verify my appointment if you knew you was going to close!? You call and they will always say "can I put you on a brief hold" before you can even say anything, they already placed you on a hold. Don't hold your breath because after 15minutes I hung up and called again. They will answer and hang up. These people shouldn't even be opened. Very unprofessional and I'm not sure who owns this company but I'll tell you what, I will be calling Jacksonville News and have it shut down. Out here taking advantage of people!!! So sad and pathetic.
