Another excellent experience! Patty is an exceptional professional and always pleasant. I love talking with her especially about our grandchildren. Visiting the office from Jennifer to all I come in contact with is like visiting old friends. Have been a patient since we moved in 2002 and have referred family and friends.

Just finished first half of a root canal and I am extactic with how it went. I have had a root canal before with some minor discomfort but Dr Lee and his abilities had my feeling absolutely no discomfort. I mean nothing. Not even the typical pinch with the numbing shot. Thanks Dr Lee and I can't wait to finish this root canal.

Love this dentistry. From start to finish of the appointment, the staff is always friendly and inviting. Plus, they are always very understanding about care or any matter. I would recommend this dentistry to everyone.

I have full confidence that Dr. Lee and his staff provides the finest dental care for my family. We had to leave for a while when we changed employers and our insurance changed, but we soon changed our insurance so we could return.

First, I’ll start by saying that Dr. Lee is the best dentist I have ever had, in addition, his assistants where very helpful and made me feel very comfortable during my procedures. I'm very pain sensitive and they made sure that I was taken care of. unfortunately, what has brought their rating down for me is the not dental related. the billing practices or maybe I should say how they are communicated does not meet the same standard of care being given by Dr. Lee. I moved my entire family to Dr. lee's Practice after 1 visit because of the service I received. Prior to doing this I asked one simple question. do you take my insurance! with a smile the young lady said ill check and returned to tell YES! we accept your insurance so based on that statement I became a patient and my entire family of 5. Fast forward 6 months , I’m having some dental issues so I call to make an appointment and I’m told that I can’t schedule an appointment because I have a balance. My question was how I paid what was asked at visit and I have 2 insurances (Cigna& Met life) which I met the deductible for both. I was told that they were out of network for both insurances. I told the young lady that before I scheduled any appoints I asked if I could come there based on my insurance assuming that I'm talking to an insurance professional. Well to my disappointment she now says that she told me that they "accepted my insurance" but that did not mean I was in network. So now because is the misleading statement I now have a 300.00 bill in collections that I have to pay immediately to protect my credit. obviously, had I been given proper information from the onset I would not have this out of pocket expense. This bill is just for me as I said I brought my whole family. so I'm waiting for the other boot to drop. I have referred other from my company so clearly I’ll be informing them about this asap. Unfortunately, I have to rate this practice a 2 star for something non related to the actual care but being a healthcare professional for now 20 years we all know that given the patient accurate information is a part of the overall experience and based on this I have to rate my overall experience as Poor. thanks for nothing in the future please give your patients accurate information so they can make an informed choice for care.

In light of the growing opiod crisis, I asked Dr Lee not to prescribe opiods to my 19-yr-old son after his wisdom teeth removal, and he agreed.

However my son came home with a prescription for a powerful opiod-nsaid medication afterward. I called the office to complain and was told by Dr Lee’s wife that if my son is an addict, that should have been reported in his patient history. What? I want to PREVENT the opportunity for addiction by asking Dr Lee not to prescribe unnecessary addictive drugs.

He ignored my request and his wife blamed my son. Obviously this practice is not interested in the well-being of their patients.

Dr. Lee and his entire staff are professional, helpful and friendly. I've had a great experience at every visit and love visiting the dentist! I recommend his office to everyone who asks!

Gentle care and always professional! The Best. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. Since going to Dr. Lee, I have always had a confident and comfortable experience. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
