If you are looking for a superb dentist you have found it At Switzerland Dental. The new Dr. who took over this practice is nothing short of AMAZING. The quality of his work is the best treatment I have ever had. He is so kind, professional, thorough, he implements the best technology in his diagnoses, and treatments. I have had many dentists over the years and he is the best- bar none. He will explain the exact problem and will not do unnecessary work- very honest and trustworthy. I plan to begin using him as the dentist for my four children and switching from the pediatric practice we are currently at. He will explain everything and the whole office staff is wonderful. A+++ Absolutely the best!!

Check in was easy and friendly. The cleaning was very smooth and gentle. The dentist took photos with a new device that was pretty cool. He was able to show me my cavities and if they were severe or not right there in the office. They were even able to set up the return appointment for the next day. I would recommend them to others. Pleasant experience for going yo a dentist. :)

I am not a fan of going to the dentist (who is), but I genuinely look forward to my appointments here. The office has a very family atmosphere and is modern and beautiful. The staff remembers your name and personal details right when you walk in the door. Everyone is friendly and inviting.
All of those bonus perks aside, the dentist is amazing. I have never not had anxiety about dental appointments until I started seeing Dr. Alsafar. My appointments are pain free, quick, and informative. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!

The office itself is very modern and clean, and very inviting. The dentists and their assistants do great work. They are very personable, and help provide a calming environment while doing their work. More than excellent customer service from the ladies at the front desk. The Dentist and staff are very friendly and helpful. All dental procedures are explained in detail, options are provided and costs are provided up front so there are no surprises. All the dental plans that I have had through the years have been accepted.
I have had excellent service with Switzerland Dental since I moved to Jacksonville in 1995. All my appointments have been on time with no wait! 🤗

Dr. Alsafar has gentle hands and explains everything as he works.. All of the staff are so helpful and patient. I am especially amazed at some of the modern technology—no more impression trays, they have a magic wand! This small practice is the way dentistry is supposed to be, personal and attentive.

Thank you Switzerland dental for such a wonderful experience today. Dr. MJ was very professional and caring. He took his time during my examination and did not try to sell me anything. The office is high-tech, and the staff is super friendly. Iana, at the front, was very welcoming and explained my insurance benefits in detail.
