Dr Hazen is a very personable professional. His office was bright and very clean. He took time to explain what he needed to do and excerised gentle care while performing the procedure.

WHERE DOES THE GREED STOP AND THE HUMANITY KICK IN HAZAAN??? Went in with my two front teeth in the roof of my mouth from an accident that needed fixed in an emergency... Three years ago. GOT FINANCED FOR THE ENTIRE ORDEAL THAT COSTED CLOSE TO TEN THOUSAND, AND BY THE WAY PAID IN FULL (within six months same as cash financing) ... shortly thereafter my father got sick and I was out of state for over a year until I buried him. When I came back to get the rest of my work completed as soon as I was instate... he tried to tell me I needed to pay out of pocket over two hundred dollars for an xray that was already paid for in advance. Refuses to take the horrible emergency braces off my teeth without it and they are screwing up my teeth, I had perfect teeth, at least in the front and now I look terrible because of it. Never mind the various things he was prepaid for that he won't refund, the fillings,the teeth cleaning and whitening, the caps and The REMOVAL OF THESE HORRIFIC BRACES that are screwing my other teeth up.what a freaking nightmare. I wouldn't rate him one star but it's the only way to leave a review. Terrible terrible service!! terribly done.. Knowing full well I couldn't afford it out of pocket expense.. he still did this to me. ROTTON GREEDY HUMAN.. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF HAZAAN!!So here I am with braces no one will touch, living in another state where I couldnt go deal with him even if I wanted to.

I went to their office to have an emergency tooth extraction. I called on Friday and made an appt. I was told that they couldn't verify my insurance at that time, but they would give me a claim form the following week to send to my insurance company to get reimbursed . I went to the office the beginning of the next week and did receive the claim form. I took it to the post office and mailed that same day. Well after 4 weeks I called to check on the claim and they informed me that the claim form had a clause on it that the dentist office checked off that sent my money to their office . I emailed and called the office everyday for 3 days with no return calls, today I was told that I have to wait 30 days to receive my money back.....WTW why do I have to wait for my money? They checked the box on the form so my refund went to them and not me. I didn't know how to read the form so I took their word for it that it would be reimbursed to me. Did this happen to you ? Call your insurance company and see where your money is. I filed a complaint with my insurance and the BBB is next .

I got a same day Sunday Appt. That alone earns my service not to mention how nice and friendly the DR. and his assistant are .Took great care of me and resolved my issue THAT DAY . For sure this will be my go to Dentist

Only office open in this area that provides after hours and weekend appointments. Dr. Hazan does amazing work, very skilled and precise. You can't even tell that I had my front tooth crowned. The office is clean, inviting, and the staff is very caring and helpful. Thank you Dr. Hazan for giving me back my smile!

I’m so cliche! I absolutely am TERRIFIED of the dentist ! But Tiffany and Dr. Hazan were amazing and knew exactly what to say and do to calm my nerves. Definitely staying with them forever ! ❤️❤️❤️

My question: How much do you charge for a tooth extraction? I got the cost of an exam and Xray. Did not get the answer of the cost until I was in the chair and was asked to pay in advance. Be very careful. I left the office.
