Being relatively new to Miami, Dr. Lewkowicz came highly recommended by my brother who has been going to her for over 20 years. I had my first appointment with Dr. Lewkowicz 3 weeks ago and what an amazing experience it was. I scheduled an appointment after a 10-year old vaneer felt off one of my front teeth. I was able to get an appointment for the following day. Upon arriving, I was happy to see that there was convenient and ample parking. When I entered the double-doors to the office, I was immediately impressed with the vast open office environment. The layout and decor lend themselves to a more modern, up-to-date dental office unlike any I’ve ever been to. I was greeted by both Joyce and Joana at the front desk area with a friendly smile and “Good Morning.” After filling out a simple dental history form and confirming insurance coverage, I was greeted by Marta, the dental assistant, who led me to an x-ray room and then on to an exam room. Marta is an exceptional and personable conversationalist, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. When Dr. Lewkowicz came in and introduced herself, I was immediately impressed with her professional demeanor, yet down-to-earth manner and style of interacting and communicating. Dr. Lewkowicz conducted an exam and explained her findings to me, highlighting potential treatment needs over time. During my first visit, I was fitted for two new front crowns instead of veneers which proved to be much better. I was provided with temporary crowns that lasted securely until my next visit. When I received my two new front crowns, I was very impressed with the quality, style and fit of my new teeth! I must say that, in all of my years, I have been to some very good dentists, however, Dr. Lewkowicz is genuinely the absolute BEST dentist I have ever been to. I truly appreciate her level of humanity. She demonstrates a level of humility by making the time to engage in conversation to build a strong rapport and dentist/patient relationship. That is rare among a lot of dentists today in large offices with a focus on getting people in and out for the sake of making money. You’re treated like a human being by Dr. Lewkowicz and her entire staff. Dr. Lewkowicz is also very thorough and professional in her assessment and evaluation, diagnosis, and preparation of a treatment plan with appropriate solutions after collaboratively discussing various options. I was/am very impressed with Dr. Lewkowicz and her practice, and STRONGLY RECOMMEND her to anyone looking for a great dentist who provides exemplary dental services and an incredible “customer experience.” This combination clearly distinguishes her from MOST dentists today.
