Very kind and very accommodating. I don't have Dental insurance but they were very good about working with me and even gave some nice discounts. Dr. Patel is a great Dr. and has great chairside manner. She was very attentive to my needs and comfort. Highly recommended.

BEST staff i have ever EVER EXPERIENCED in any office. I had to bring my 5 month old daughter to appt with me and ALL staff including the Dr were so helpful and they helped with smiles and jokes. They are a GREAT group of ladies. I am looking forward to a very long relationship since i have signed up for invisalign. I cannot wait to see them again.

I loved the staff, starting from the front desk; Toylena is very welcoming and perfect at explaining Insurance coverage, as Lulu the assistant makes you feel very comfortable and Dr Patel is really kind and knowledgable! My experience with Kind Care was amazing. My five year old son suffered a mouth injury on a Friday night, I called Kind care left a message and they contacted me first thing Sat morning and gave me an appointment although I was not an established patient. The staff was amazing the facility was soooo clean and smelled great. They were very sweet to my son he felt very comfortable. I loved them and I have already scheduled a follow up and i don't even live in the area I'm about fourty minutes away. Thank you Dr. Patel and staff!

I must say, I DREAD the dentist... but my experience with Kind Care Dentistry was nothing short of amazing. Not only was the staff friendly and beyond professional, but they went the extra mile to make me feel genuinely at home. They don't treat you like just, "another patient", and instead will map you out an entire treatment plan that is precisely catered to you and your situation/needs. They even have an iPad and headphones they will hook up for you to watch Netflix or listen to music while they work (I recommend 'The Office', season 4 episode 9)! The hygienist, Kat, was extremely kind and constantly stopped to ask how I was doing and whether or not I was comfortable. Also, the front counter girl Amanda was without-a-doubt a seasoned veteran in the field and definitely gave the whole crew an undoubted "sparkle". She made sure I knew what my insurance covered and my total bill BEFORE they even started work. Overall, I give this place a hands down 5/5 stars. Will and have recommended to friends and family.

This place ripped out my filling while flossing my teeth after a cleaning and then charged me to fix it! I agreed to pay half even though it wasn’t my fault at all, and they charged twice what any other office would. Then they sent the other half into collections. I’m disgusted at their lack of professionalism and greed. I hope they get shut down.
