This is the best dentist I have ever had! I'm 58 and never had such a great experience. The staff is so friendly every time which makes a huge difference since most are irritated with clients. They accommodated my concerns with a rapid heart rate whenever I get novocaine and after 50 years this dentist finally informed me it's the epinephrine that I'm sensitive to and can administer it without it! All this time I've never been informed I had other options. They also don't try to break your pocket when you go in with all these other services you don't want or need. Just went in for a broken filling, they told me the price after my insurance so I wasn't surprised, didn't make me wait in waiting room like most places that don't honor your appointment time. Great experience!

It always smells so good in there. The place is clean and flawless. The doctors are knowledgeable and open to questions. They do not get upset when you ask about their procedures or how something is going to work like other dental office workers. Did I mention how genuinely friendly they are? The type of friendliness that isn't forced by a paycheck. You can tell that they actually like their job and enjoy helping people. They work with you if prices are too high. They set up payment plans, or discounts at their discretion. I only give a 4 star instead of 5 because some dental procedures seem to be dragged into 30 treatments and it takes forever to get a procedure done. But in their defense, they just want to make sure its done correct while limiting dangerous possibilities of doing it all at once. and sometimes payment papers are lost or don't get documented and it simply needs to be a little more organized on the accountant end of the business. Other than that, great job.

I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice if you are fearful of the dentist and if your children are as well. My family of 6 have no problem driving 40 minutes out to visit. They are truly honest, kind and comforting. The ENTIRE staff is amazing. And they called to check in on my kids after they had dental work. My children love it here. I have NOTHING bad to say about Dental Plus in Orange Park or their staff.

VERY VERY NICE AND WELCOMING STAFF THERE!!!!! Every staff member was very polite. Eventhough it was short notice and I did not have an appointment I was able to be seen within 20 minutes. Just the care and concern alone helped alleviate some of my pain knowing that I was in the right place for my dental issue. All in all I left the dentist as an extremely satisfied patient. THANK YOU TO THE DENTAL PLUS STAFF!!!!!😁

I have never been to this dentist before, but after numerous quotes from others, Dental Plus was right in my budget. I was greeted by the nicest staff from front desk to the back! I didn't wait long which is a plus. I will recommend this place to everyone!

I went to Dental Plus after being told by another dentist that I needed a root canal and crown. I am so glad I came to Dental plus. After the Doctor examined me, he determined I needed a filling. Best second opinion I have ever received. Saved me thousands. The people who work there are polite and professional. The Dentist was friendly and professional as well. He explained everything to me. I also had a cleaning. The technician was amazing. I am so happy with this place. They have a patient for life!
