The Dentist Place

I was pretty nervous to go to a dentist because I haven't been in so long. But everyone was so nice here! The office staff are very nice. However, my dental hygienist Nicky was absolutely amazing! She really put me at ease, was very personable, she did an amazing job and I felt no pain! I'm going back Monday to get the other half done (I needed a deep clean) and I'm not nervous at all :) If ur nervous about being treated badly or judged for not having perfect teeth, this is definitely the place to go to feel like a person!

Dr. G and Emily are amazing and the front desk staff is the best. I went in with tooth pain as a new patient and have quickly this is my new dentist. The office is clean, they were prompt and they were dedicated on relieving pain and getting my oral health back on track! Definitely recommend!

First time and it was amazing! The staff was great and everyone was so friendly. Hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time and Courtney made sure I understood everything that was happening! I look forward to going back!! Highly recommend!

I love my hygienist Michelle she's always so polite and caring and explains everything to you. Dr. G is hands down an amazing dentist. As longs as they are there I will continue to go..

My hygienist Courtney is a dream come true and Dr. G is as well. It was my first time meeting them both and I am glad I did. No gums were harmed during the time of my exam :-) I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great office to take care of your teeth.

It was an overall average experience. Think they could've been a little more transparent with the cost. I thought once the insurance paid their half and I paid mine all appointments thereafter would be included in price. I was not told that that wasn't the case and I had to pay outta pocket for some appointments. Just be up front with the price is my only critique.

Excellent visit. Staff are professional and courteous every time. If your nervous about seeing the dentist, they will put you at ease. I highly recommend this group.

I would give them zero stars if I could. This office cancelled EVERY cleaning appointment I had this year! Apparently, no one there wants to work past 2pm. When I called a few weeks back to reschedule again because of an office cancellation - I advised the receptionist that I scheduled cleanings three times this year and every appointment was cancelled by their office. She reviewed my file, apologized and stated we will get your cleaning completed on 12/8 @ 3pm. However, today guess what??! I not only received a call from the office to cancel my appointment for tomorrow, but the receptionist immediately started talking to be about the process details for “my upcoming procedure”. After allowing her time to complete her statement, I advised her that she clearly had the wrong patient. She then advised me (oh sorry, there are two patients with your name). That’s interesting because my name is not that common! Then, after realizing who I was she then stated in the very next sentence, “sorry but the doctor is NOT available for your scheduled 3pm appointment time because we haven’t seen you all year and you need x-rays”. In the next breath she said we don’t have anyone here at that time that can do it for the 3pm appointment”. I was then advised if I couldn’t reschedule my appointment for a 10am slot that it had to be cancelled. I advised her of all of the cancellations all year and she clearly didn’t care – the call was ended. If your someone who has a life, or a pressing career and you cannot jump when they need you to jump and/or have needs to schedule appointments after 2pm, you should not waste your time. This office also CLEARY doesn’t review the doctor's schedules etc prior to booking an appointment and they mixed someone's file with mine today. I can tell anyone all about the procedure someone is having! I wish..that I could copy and paste all of the texted cancellations received from this office for the year to show people the service received in black and white. The service level at the Dentist Place on Wells is certainly nowhere close to be the same as years past. When doctors like Dr. Conley's left so did the service. The service has been going downhill ever since. I'm moving on!

CHECK YOUR EOB VERY CLOSELY, apparently this office will try to swindle you. Unfortunately, as is the case with many medical practices, the management is going to ruin this office. Despite having dental insurance and knowing what my coverage is, the staff and manager Sydney continue to argue that I do not have that coverage and insist that I pay thousands up front for a procedure. I have offered countless times to get on a three-way call with the insurance company to prove what I already know, and the staff refuses. I have asked for them to bill my insurance up front, let the EOB come back and show that I don’t owe, they refuse. I am now in a position of having to decide whether or not to take my business elsewhere despite really liking Dr. Goulding and my new hygienist. My review was 5 stars until this experience with Sydney and the staff who answer the phones.

I have some anxiety over seeing the dentist, but my visit today was downright pleasant despite not having a cleaning in 6 years.
Everyone was so nice from the minute I stepped through the door, and my hygienist Courtney was fantastic. I was shocked at how efficient everything was and I didn’t have to wait at all to see Dr. Goulding.
They even had a billing expert come explain my insurance to me and what portion Id be responsible for, which I’ve never experienced at a dental office before.

All in all, very pleased and I promise to adhere to my 6 month checkups from now on.

Love The Dentist Place! Michelle is awesome. Dr. Golding is always a pleasure. They do great work. Highly recommend them!
