Very unprofessional. They keep calling you every week to confirm your appointment. I feel like this. Don't keep calling someone every week. I know I have a appointment call me a few days before. When they called me the day before of the appointment, I confirmed my appointment. They called me back 2 hours later to tell me ,"Can we move you to 1pm not 2pm?" Why did you tell me that when I just confirmed my 2pm appointment. SMH. That is annoying. Staff isn't friendly. The only person that I would say is nice is the Guy who works here. I will never come back here. I see why they don't have alot patients.

I wish I could give 0 stars its not the office that's the problem is dr Jennifer Escobar, she won't be at this office long but you hear the name when you're in lake Nona run as far away as you can. I worked side by side with her and constantly witnessed her using that drill to make patients need more work than before they sat in our chair. I thought by only getting invisalign I'd be okay and escape her deadly hands but she's so unprofessional that because I no longer choose to work with her she decided to get back at me like she treats her patients. I asked her not to drill my enamel which everyone knows you can never get back and of course you guessed it she chose to behave like a child who doesn't get what they want and shaved off all my enamel now I have sensitivity problems for the rest of my life. She might as well have gotten her license out of a garage somewhere. If you're in pain turn and run because you'll be worse after she touches you!

After going in for a chipped tooth I was told I need 2 wisdom teeth pulled. After they were pulled I was told the one tooth chipped because my teeth were crowding and I needed to get braces to space them out. My teeth were all straight and I needed braces for space. So I ponied up the $4k out of pocket. During invisalign because it was moving my teeth I now need two crowns because I chipped two teeth because I can't bite down evenly. I'm at the end of my treatment and I can say going to SFL was the worst decision of my life. They didn't tell me I would have to have my teeth filed down until I started treatment. They didn't tell me I would have to wear a retainer for the rest of my life, and now that it's all done I'll never be able to eat the same again. Avoid this nightmare, don't fall for there used car salesman tactics. Avoid this place

Have been going to Smiles for Life for over a year, for everything from Cleanings to a Partial, and Dr Escobar and her entire staff have been nothing but thorough, kind and caring. They handle emergencies immediately, and are very accommodating of your schedule and attentive to your pain. My husband and I have been in Florida for 25 years, and have tried to work with 5 other dental practices, and are thrilled to have found Dr. Escobar and her wonderful staff at Smiles for Life.
