Friendly service quality management. Helped my two boys with tooth decay treatment and tooth cleaning for every 6 months, and the waiting time for each meeting was very fast. I was lucky to find a dental clinic so close to home. I will recommend to my friends.

Great service and attention to patient. They explain everything carefully and give you the best possible treatment. The staff is friendly and the Dr. Maldonado is the best!! I recommend this office to anyone!

Unprofessional office desk staff. Scheduled for a cleaning that did NOT happen (and looking through these reviews, looks like it's not just happening to me). Also received text reminders of my appointment and noticed that they changed my appointment time without telling me, thank goodness I had caught it in time. Had to go back and forth with front desk person regarding intake forms I never received in my email. A lot of attitude. Waited an hour after the appointment time to be seen, waited another hour in the dental chair after xrays to be seen by the dentist, never got my cleaning that I was told over the phone I was gonna get, and was about to be charged the wrong amount by this same desk person until I corrected her. Also received the wrong referral form. When I called to ask for the correct specialty referral form, person who answered the phone did not know what I was talking about and insisted that I needed to clarify something with my insurance (...what?). It was obvious she didn't know what she was talking about and just wanted me to figure it out. After getting clarification, I was hung up on. Then I received an EMPTY referral form. Later I received a filled out form but at this point I can't come back here. I've also noticed that over the phone they're nicer if I speak Spanish.

Something is wrong with the FLOW of this office. Dr. Anjum was professional, but not getting a cleaning when I was told I would, getting my appointment time changed without notice, and having to deal with incompetent front desk staff was too inconvenient for me to continue here. It's okay to not know something, but it's not okay to give me attitude over something that you don't know. Don't make your insecurities my problem. The level of service was shocking. Dentist and xray technician were great though.

I’ve been going to OBT dental for 2 years now, and I can honestly say that the front desk is not so lovely. Everytime that i call or need to ask anything they never answer the phone and when they do their customer service is not so good, every time that I call and Mrs. Lina answers, she’s very nice but when any other person answers the attention it’s not what they should be giving, I am ver unsatisfied with how they act and the sarcastic responses that they give. Honestly the only reason why I haven’t just left is because Mrs. Patricia J is SUPER nice and she gives the best service, I always get my appointments with her, and she gives satisfactory results, I am very happy with how professional and friendly she is, the front desk staff isn’t that good but the actual staff that deals with patients make up to it, Dr Carr is LOVELY and always receives me smiling and with a great service, i have recommended around 5 people already just because i know that Dr Carr and Mrs. Patricia J will give them the best service! I would give 5 stars but once again the front desk should step up their game and be more friendly.

I called my dental insurance to seek information on a dental office that was closest to my home. My insurance and myself called them to let them that I will be a new patient. I called on January 31st. The front desk clerk said that I couldn't make an appointment until March 1 due to the type of insurance I had. I called back on the last day of February to set an appointment, and when prompted for English no one picked up. I was on hold forever. I called back and chose Spanish and my call was received immediately. I requested an appointment, but she said she cannot help me because my name was not on the list. I had to show up to the office to request an appointment. While at the office, I had my insurance representative on the line to straighten everything out. It took 3 front desk workers to assist me as they didn't know what they were doing. As they were searching for my name in March, lo and behold my name was down in February. They ended up giving me an appointment way in June. They messaged me a reminder for the appointment and sent me an email. When I arrive for my appointment, they said oh we were supposed to call you yesterday because we were confused about what type of insurance you had, which was incorrect because they had everything to their disposal including my insurance company number to call and confirm. They said they cannot render any services to me because of their mistakes. They said they apologize for that and due to the hectic schedule they could not see me. But I was on the schedule to be seen that day! All they had to do was call my insurance company right there. The front desk workers are very unpleasant to English speaking patrons. They are inconsiderate of other people's time. They are very unprofessional and lack customer service skills. They said they'll improve on their processes in April. It is incorrect. They are just writing to look good to others so they can still be patronized.

Caterine Cruz is amazing she’s so sweet and considerate. She did my deep cleaning and she was so gentle and a pleasure to talk to. I’ll never go anywhere else from here!! So happy with her service! They took me in quick too!!

They are horrible and the staff are very rude. I was trying to make an appointment, and I got hung up twice. Then I was sent to voicemail three times, very unprofessional and just lost a potential customer.

Well my experience has been good, all the girls and dentist are nice and patient with me, i have a bad gag reflux and they took their time with me and explained the whole process… i have learned that if you treat people with respect and kindness in return you get respect snd kindess…

I would just like to say that my experience at OBT dental was amazing. The staff is very attentive and professional. My hygienist Cathe is great, and very kind. I felt no pain whatsoever. I will definitely recommend OBT dental to my friends and family.
