Lee Vista Dental

My dental assistant wanted to do the whole gamut of X-rays and I said I would only allow what my Blue Cross Federal plan would cover under preventive care. He went off to speak with who I assumed was the dentist on duty then returned with his chart to tell me all the X-rays he had marked in yellow were necessary beyond preventive care and that it was in fact “ “Required By Law” to permit the dentist to complete the exam. I don’t like being ups old and I certainly don’t like being BS’d. I walked out of the appointment and will make the change to a different dental office who doesn’t lie to me.

Everyone at the front office was very nice. The follow up prior to my appointment was very comforting, knowing my appt was still confirmed, I hadn’t been forgotten etc. especially after leaving my previous dentist of 15+ years. Kathy the hygentist, she answered my questions however i did feel i was judged based on my current choice of treatment being used (smile direct) vs invisalign, after explaining why i didnt choose invisalign, not just due to financial reasons at the time. I am post 4+years of treatment mind you. And explained my process was going great for me, she kept insisting there was something not right with my teeth. (A spacing on my right side which i had already spoke with to my previous dentist multiple times). Kathy explained to me she could not proceed with a regular cleaning as i needed not a treatment to get rid of inflammation in the gums. This is fine, however during my appointment, the xrays felt VERY rushed, and almost sloppily done it almost made me think they were not accurate. The “doctor” that came in afterwards, simply checked my teeth quickly for cavities, said there was none and zoomed out. NO MORE that what had to be 3 mins. No introduction, no questions about my first time visit and why i would need this treatment, nothing. It would have been good to get second opinion, of what Kathy suggested that i needed. More than anything, i felt not only rushed, but judged on my reasons for not getting a cleaning prior to a year ago, mind you i explained the nature or covid and losing my job. A cleaning is the last thing on someones mind when they lose everything. I am hoping should i decide on my next appt it will be better should i decide to follow up with the “treatment” that was quickly suggested.

The staff and dentist are awesome! I got the best most thorough cleaning and exam ever. Definitely recommend them to everyone...

Went here for a dental procedure was wrongly diagnosed and they did a root canal and crown which after less than a month sheered off. Went back and couldn’t see me while it was emergent went to Modern Smiles who lee Vista dental recommended since they couldn’t accommodate my dental emergency to find out they should have never done a crown and that’s why it didn’t work and I would need to go to Oral Facial Arts for an extraction which required full anesthesia and being put under all from a mistake Lee vista dental made and they’re chasing me over $434 dollars. Believe I’m taking this to an attorney and provided my dental insurance company with the findings from both other facilities showing Lee Vista dentals faulty work! SHAME ON THIS PLACE & BEWARE!

Seriously i look forward to coming to the dentist now. I use to be terrified. Every person makes you feel like home, from the moment you walk in and they call you by name to leaving and feeling like they can’t wait to see you again. It’s not a chore. It’s home. Love Lee Vista Dental.

best dentist i’ve ever been to! the staff is so incredibly kind- i want to be best friends with all of them. because of my experiences here, i no longer dread my semiannual visits. they were kind enough to help me in finding a way to pay for invisalign after struggling for so many years to make it work. they filled out my loan application for me and everything. i’ll never go to another office ever again. if i moved to another state, i’d fly back to florida when it was time to come back. anyone who gives this place less than five stars must be a grouch and have never been happy with anything in their life. thank you again to everyone in the office for making my visits so enjoyable and for the benevolence of the staff. you won’t regret making this your regular dental office.

Dr. Didier and staff are just amazing! They make you feel like home! I have been with them for around 4 years and will never go anywhere else.

Lee Vista Dental is excellent and very caring to their patients and their professionalism is awesome and outstanding too. I've been under their Care for the longest and i wouldn't change them for the world.. God's Blessings to all 🙏

Staff is incredible! They have communication between each department and the service time runs smoothly. A very effective appointment scheduling platform online. Always you receive a reminder online but not enough they call you to confirm the appointment. Dental hygienists are very professional and brings to client the confidence to ask questions. Definitely, I enjoy this clinic so much not even I don't like dentist appointments. LOL. Recommended!

I just moved here from TexAss and had a minor dental issue. I walked in with out calling and they registered me and saw me with in 20 minutes. Found my new dentist, staff super chill and friendly. Great sense of humor with Dr and reception.
