Lee Vista Dental

During my first visit to Lee Vista Dental I was nervous. But thankfully that did not last long after being introduced to the kindest dentistry team: Mindy, Leilanie, Dr. Garland and Dr. Singh. These professionals went out of their way to treat and inform me on my personal situation and how I can help my oral health. The staff at Lee Vista Dental are courteous, accommodating and overall just fantastic people. For this I am grateful. Knowing that my visits here are not done yet, I am looking forward to the next one. Take my advice: Look no further! The people here are dependable, consistent and love what they do!

For years I had really bad cracked crooked and missing teeth. Literally I was in pain every day, whenever I ate and simply drinking water. I hated how my teeth looked for so long and would always feel insecure about it. I didn’t have dental insurance since I was a teen and along with the years of neglect, caused me countless problems.

The 2 dentists that helped me throughout the whole top layer veneer process, I’m truly grateful for. There’s small things in life that is taken for granted that we all understand to some extent, smelling the fresh air, walking in nature, just being present.

But for me, my blind side was realizing I was missing out on a whole other aspect of life that I have long missed and have tricked myself throughout the years to just deal with the pain. I enjoy food and drinking without pain.

That itself made me come to the realization that I could actually relax and ENJOY my food, rather than having to worry about how much pain I’m going to be in during and after my meal along with the headaches and stress it causes me.

Those kinda moments still take me back and make me realize that this is actually real and I’m so grateful for this beautiful experience purely within itself thanks to Lee Vista. I’m more at peace now when it comes to eating and life overall.

Even typing all that makes me surprised still that their work did such wonders in indirect ways in my life. Amazing work. Beautiful work. A new fresh take on life in the sincerest sense.

Lee Vista Dental made a treatment plan for me and when I advised them of the timetable that would work best for me they rushed me to move forward. The last three times I have had an interaction with the office I asked a basic question about the cost of one of their services because it seemed like I may have had to pay for the service twice because they rushed me along. No one has bothered to answer my question despite my repeated requests for an answer. The last time I talked to them I specifically let them know if they couldn’t answer my simple question I would not come in for my appointment and I would be looking for another dentist. I am still waiting to hear from them. Great dentist if you just want to spend lots of money and just do everything they want and don’t ask any questions.

I admit Lee vista dental is the greatest clinic (love)of all. The entire staff works like a well oiled machine; in fact so well they make me wanna dance with somebody to show off my new smile. They have worked tirelessly to help me achieve my dental goals....and for that I will always love you

Dr. Lounsberry is very caring and calming. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. My wife and I have had the best dental experience here! We highly recommend this office.

Disappointing. Went for my first ever teeth whitening (Zoom). The dental assistant was a nice girl, but had no proper training to perform the procedure and did not know how to operate the machine. First, she was trying to put a mouthpiece on top of another identical mouthpiece, I had to point out (while I couldn't speak) that they probably don't go on top of one another but one in place of another. She finally got it on after about 20min of trying.
After my first 15min of Zoom machine I sat for over 18min by myself without anyone attending to start the session #2, without a suction device, and I had to waive for another assistant passing by to check on me. A more experienced assistant rushed in from the office next door after realizing what's going, got me the device, get me going for the next 15min, and also gave me the PROPER UV blocking glasses, because the first assistant gave me regular black shades instead of orange glasses that protect from UV light (again, my first time, I simply didn't know that, but she was obviously clueless herself).
Different assistants were taking care of me for 2 more whitening sessions. By then, the first assistant returned and set me up for the last session #4. The machine turned off 5min after it started (instead of 15min), I was really concerned no one else would show up for another 20min, but I was able to flag another assistant who was walking down the hall. At this point, I've been there for over 3hrs and just wanted to get out.
The first assistant came back, tried fixing the machine, didn't work, I pointed to my watch, and after a few failed attempts with the machine she ended up cleaning and removing my mouthpiece. So I got 3 sessions out of 4. Again, she was a nice young lady, but she needs a lot more training, and that's not her fault, - that's on leadership at this place. The office needs to focus on the quality of service they provide, not just the quantity of patients they can fit. I cancelled my previously scheduled cleaning appointment at this office and I'm not going back.

The staff here are very friendly, as is the dentist. The reason why I gave them only 2 stars is bc of their billing. They are very expensive compared to others. They are not upfront with you about what’s covered by your insurance and tells you your bill AFTER you had the work done. I went in for a simple cleaning(covered by my insurance) and paid $85 bc I had used up my ‘funds’. If that’s the case, then fine, I would’ve waiting the 30 days to the new year before doing it. All billing discussions need to be held BEFORE you go back to the chair. They way it’s done now is trickery and hiding. I will be searching for another dentist due to this as I have been burned multiple times.

Amazing in every way. The staff is friendly the doctor is friendly. They made sure I understood everything before making a decision. No surprises and very sympathetic to people with anxiety in a dental setting. Can't say enough good things

I have been a patient at Lee Vista Dental with Dr. Lounsberry for over two years at this time. I have nothing but good things to say about her care and service, as well as that of the hygienists and other staff, particularly my hygienist Mindy :)

All the care and work I have received has been exceptional in quality with clear and concise information provided and all questions answered. Dr. Lounsberry is always warm and welcoming in addition to being thorough on everything.

I honestly couldn’t see myself going to any other dental clinic at this point.

Super friendly staff, techs, and dentist. Felt very comfortable and they were up front and honest about treatments. Had not had a thorough exam like this ever! Looking forward to my next cleaning in six months.
