Horrible front desk service. Had a yearly cleaning done, went to the front desk and paid the full amount they told me. A month later I received a bill for $84. I called and they told me it was an error, my account had a $0 balance. 6months later I get a call from a collection agency for a dental bill that wasn’t paid. I called the office to speak with someone in billing. It took me calling back 4 times (after I was assured someone would call me back) to speak to someone who informed me that there was an error and they never updated the system saying my insurance was processing their portion. Apparently, after a certain time period it automatically sends things to collections. They resubmitted my claim and told me to call back in 2-3 weeks to make sure there was no balance and my insurance covered everything. Called back and the person on the phone has no idea what is going on with my account and there is no one in the office I can speak to. I guess whoever runs their billing is never there. Horrible place and it seems like a lot of others agree.

Note: I was asked to call and discuss my issues however NO ONE is ever available. Funny how that works. This place is an absolute joke.

Lee Vista Dental is honestly the best. They are so kind and friendly all around. They make great suggestions and dont push you to get something you dont want. They also know how to make a great conversation. I wouldn’t switch my dentist for anybody else. Thank you guys for being so great!

Mindy has been my hygienist for several years now and she is AWESOME!! She had managed to transform me from a shaking, jumping mess into someone that can almost get through a cleaning. Everyone here is so sweet, I almost look forward to cleanings. Thank you so much, Mindy!! You're the best!!!

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREA LIKE I DID!This office looks nice however the staff has no idea what they are doing. I asked for my portion of the cost of my visit UP FRONT. I was misquoted by about $600. I wasn't informed UNTIL AFTER THE PROCEDURE HAD STARTED. The Dr lied about honoring the original price quoted by the staff! I now keep receiving bills from the office for over $1000!! I called to find out why (because I paid for every service before leaving) and now I'm being told MONTHS LATER my insurance didn't pay their portion. AGAIN a BILLING ERROR on the staffs behalf. Meanwhile, this bill is on my credit report and when I call to get answers SHE STARTS LYING!! Says the insurance didn't cover a portion. However I asked to have all the insurance and billing done before my procedure. I don't know how you go from PAID IN FULL to ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER $1000.
If you go please be aware!!!

Staff are awesome they are all friendly, helpful and very considerate on payment method. Its a long wait gor my permanent denture but it worth it. They did a great job.. i can smile now with confident looks like natural.. Highly recommended...

Went to Lee Vista for regular dental hygiene workup and Invisalign placement. Staff was very friendly, warm and caring and everyone seemed easy to get along with from the receptionist to the hygienist and techs to the dentist. Provided me with the bill statement prior to the actual service, which is very important!! The agreed upon cost of the service was accurate and had no issues with the cost or my own insurance covering the portion of it.

They have hired two new dentists since the previous reviews below. Both are very professional, well-meaning and caring dentist who do great work. I will go back for all of my dental care while I am in orlando and highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs dental work done or just a regular friendly dentist as a normal checkup.

Dr. Launsberry is amazing and excellent professional!!! My husband had an emergency and they booked at the same day!! He did everything with absolutely no pain during or after the procedure!!! Fair price and they helped us with affordable payment plan!! Thanks Dr. Launsberry for the wonderful job!!! And by the way, I already have my appointment to be treated with Dr. Launsberry also!!!

Dr. Didier is the best. Very kind and reasonable. Receptionist was very friendly and dentists were very thorough but cautious and clean. Very happy I went. And on time!!!!

I was very pleased with my first visit. The staff is so friendly and I felt very at ease. I have a fear of the dentist and I was made to feel very comfortable. 5 stars today🙂

I have been a patient at Lee Vista Dental for 4 yrs now. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at this office from the front desk to the back office staff. I encourage those of you looking for a new dental home to give them a try. You will be impressed!
