This is an unfortunate experience. I picked this place when a piece of my tooth broke based on positive reviews but I just had a very bad experience here. They started a root canal on my tooth in two appointments. After first appointment i had a lot of discomfort and pain for 5 days. When i came in for my second, they gave me an anesthetic, took out my temporary filling and after I expressed that i was still feeling some pain inside the tooth, the doctor just stood up, informed me that I am making him anxious and told me he will refer me to a specialist. After what he just walked out of the room. I was honestly stunned. Not only did i take the time off work to come in to finish my root canal, but I also arranged for the childcare for this appointment. He also left me hanging in pain for the long memorial day weekend. My conclusion: it is unprofessional and uncalled for to treat patients this way no matter the situation with their tooth. If he is anxious, he should imagine how anxious I was feeling in his chair as a patient. I am now stuck for the long weekend without an appointment in sight.

The best dentist office I ever been to! The front desk is friendly and ready to work. I have gotten two cleanings, a filling, and one procedure done there. I always have a lot of questions and the whole staff is so knowledgeable. They have no problem answering all the questions I have. I trust them with my teeth and feel comfortable there. I couldn’t imagine going to another office now. I already scheduled another cleaning with them for a wedding I’m going to be in. See you guys soon!

I love this office they are very pleasant the staff is amazing and the wait time is not long. They are great about getting you in last minute for emergencies and they even offer weekends! The hygienist are very detailed and they explain what needs to be done to keep up with your good cleaning habits. I am constantly talking about how great the dentist is here and my whole family comes here.

I went for my first time ever cleaning! Didn’t know how important it was... Miss Holly (dental hygienists) was amazing. I look forward to being a permanent patient. They are very knowledgeable and the equipment they use are so much more advanced and they care. Miss Holly was amazing and says she enjoys what she do for the patient. I have a long journey ahead... Friendly staff & dentist was very easy to talk to and conversant with he seemed like he was very interested in my well being and was very honest about the best treatment plan for me.... They gave me a treatment plan schedule that worked for my budget where I can get my dental care done without it taking a financial toll on me....they broke down my treatment plan into different dates so I’m not paying a lot at a time all while getting my dental care done in a timely manner.... thank you Orlando Dental !
