I was very pleased with my experience at Parkway Dental! The office is beautiful and clean, the employees are kind and helpful, and everything went seamlessly with my cleaning and X-rays. Jessica was my dental hygienist and is so friendly. Highly recommend this office.

I’ve been a patient for many years and never had a bad experience. They are super nice and professional. I’m going to miss Mona who is retiring. If she was your hygienist you were in good hands. I’m sure my new one will be great too. And Dr. Richardson is such a pleasure. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. I have never had to wait. I’m in on time and if I’m early I’m in early. There is no rush and any concerns are always addressed. I love you all and hope you have a Merry Christmas! I already miss you Mona!!!

I am from Ohio but needed to see a dentist immediately. This office got me right in and I was impressed from the moment I arrived at the reception area. Staff were so kind and accommodating. Dr. Richardson and his assistant Nicole treated me like family and made me as comfortable as anyone could be in a dentist chair! Checking out was also painless and staff made every effort to help me with billing process. I am extremely happy my niece reco.mended this practice to me. I can't thank everyone in this office for their kindness and caring.

Excellent Service, the team went above and beyond my expectations. The dental assistant that did my X-Rays and evaluation was very knowledgeable and gentle; she take the time to explaining every procedure and make sure I understand. Facility is spacious, nice and clean.

My visit t today was Outstanding! The staff was the most friendliest staff appears encountered since living in Panama City (since 1996). To top it all off, my doctor, Dr. Richardson, was the best. Professional, considerate, compassion & absolute friendly.

He gave me news that was not very favorable, and yet gave me hope to the future.

The office visit was a blessing. Every question, every concern was carefully addressed and respectfully answered.

I recommend this dental office to anyone that wants to be treated with respect. They are trustworthy, and will give you peace of mind so you can worry less.

Absolutely everyone was so nice! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time because of how I had been treated at a previous dental office. A friend recommended Parkway and I am so glad I gave them a shot! I never leave reviews, good or bad, but I just had to show my appreciation.

Parkway Dental is awesome! Everyone in the office is so friendly and made the new patient process very easy. They were able to get me in last minute for a minor emergency and Dr. Goodreau did a great job super fast. Highly recommend 💯

Couldn’t be happier with how today’s procedure went. Almost 3 hours in the chair, but never any discomfort. Pleased with how my temporary bridge/crown/veneers look and am excited for the permanent piece to be finished and delivered. Appreciate that all the necessary care details were gone over in detail. Very happy to be a Parkway Dental patient.

Todays visit with Dr.Richardson was not an easy one, my health has affected my teeth.. I went into Dr. Richardson’s office knowing I would be losing a tooth. Dr. Richardson was so kind and understanding. He spent some time cleaning and scaling my teeth..usually the dental hygienist would do this. I can’t praise Dr. Richardson enough. His kindness and expertise helped me get through another day in spite of my current medical condition. I’ve been seeing Dr.Richardson for many years. His office is very clean and his office help are wonderful.. Thank you Dr. Richardson, you really made a very bad day better.

Best dentist experience ever, truly. I wish I remembered her name, but the professional who cleaned my teeth walked me through every single thing she was doing during the cleaning and examinations, and was so sweet and comforting. I’ve never had that kind of experience at a dental office, I really appreciated it. They were also able to fit me in for a filling the same day, all within a few hours. I will definitely be coming back and definitely don’t regret waiting for them to fit me in for a first appointment!
